They declined to give me service. I had been a customer for 4 years and I had a broken pipe and needed regular lawn service. I had lawn service for 3 weeks, and i called them and they said they could not come. I was very angry. They kept indicating they could give me service, so I could not turn my sprinklers on or anything. Finally they admitted they were not coming. I will never do business with them again because they won't do business. I don't mind that they were overwhelmed, I mind that they were stalling me instead of being honest. I had 4 or 5 phone calls in which they indicated they would help me. I had been a customer for at least 4 years. They didn't say they other than they would have problems and they could not help me. I spoke with the lady in the office, and it was not her fault I don't think.

Ryan is the owner and he is very nice. He came out quickly and got it repaired right away. The pricing was very good. He was super nice.
Description of Work: Mountain High Lawns came and fixed two of our pipes for the irrigation.
