Martin was also recommended to me by the Sherwin Williams. Martin was very professional and responded to my request for quote and services very promptly. Unfortunately Martin was out of town while the work was done on my home so there was some minor miscommunication on furniture to be moved but nothing major. There was some minor damage to one of my blinds. The main thing I was not happy with was there was overspray on some of my light fixtures that I ended up cleaning up later because I didn't see it when they were there. Also, the masking tape they used on the hinges left a sticky residue - that might have been caused by the heat but I am not sure. All in all, I would definitely hire them again and I really liked the overall quality of the work. I would just look for these things in the future.

I'm in a new home but the contractor had elected to paint the walls without priming them first. This had left a mess. In addition, as the home was being built, rain had caused water spots on the ceiling. After having the contractor painter's out over and over, the water stains kept reappearing. The painted walls, since there was no primer, also had a problem. If you put painter's tape on them and then pulled it off, the paint would come with it. The contractor paint team would do nothing about this. I decided I had enough and wanted a paint team that knew what they were doing. The gentleman at Sherwin Williams recommended Martin's Painting. I called, got a reasonable quote for the mess that I had and hired them. They were wonderful. Removed all hardware, light fixtures, etc. covered furniture/carpet/floor and went to work. Put the kill over the water spots and PRIMED and painted the ceilings. Sanded the surfaces in the master closet (that had been VERY rough) and painted it two-tone as requested. Cleaned up their mess when done. It took them 3 days of work for 3 people. The end result was amazing. What a difference. I will be using them again to re-do the rest of my home.
