Description of Work: Kokopelli's landscaping work was good ; however there was little to no followup: called them seven times about items on their invoice but got NO call back-but was still expected to pay full invoice. Also, they did not follow through on their guarantee (90 days replacement of dead sod). They came to see what needed to be replaced, they gave me a date they would return to replant but never showed up. Very sad as I had much more work to be done - it must have been too small a job for them (approx. $8,000 if all of it had been completed).

Description of Work: The cost is reasonable. The work is outstanding and if I have any questions the foreman of the crew can give me an answer. Also, the ladies in the office will pass on my concerns and they will be promply tended to.

Description of Work: I used Kokopolli for landscaping. They graveled my backyard, trmmed my trees and palms. They also removed some trees and planted more. Added some shrubs.

+ -1 moreKokopelli Landscaping was hired to put in a new backyard of my newly constructed home in 2008. They met with me for design planning and offered many suggestions which were very helpful. They were very interested in designing the yard I wanted and one that would be easy to maintain. The supervisor even seemed excited about the task. I had difficulty with one of the plants they planted and when I called them they were there almost immediately to replace it. Once when the backyard sprinkler malfunctioned (although it was not their responsibility) they came out and repaired it at no cost to me in order to protect the landscaping.

Description of Work: We used their services through a general contractor and on an individual basis. They are very good at hard scape, design, and pavers. The company is very good with two challenges. 1- they are very busy and sometimes become overwhelmed. If you can get their attention you get very good service. 2 - They have a lot of workers that don't speak very good English. Sometimes it is hard to communicate if there is not an English speaking person available. The company is trying very hard to correct these problems and they do a lot of very good work.

+ -1 moreMet with the manager to go over what I wanted, which I wasn't quite sure at that time just what that was. I live in a community that has some strict regulations regarding what you must have in your back yard. Kokopelli is aware of these restrictions, submitted the plan to the HOA board for me. Because I have a wonderful view out my back patio, I was very specific on what I wanted and didn't want in front of my windows, nothing that would now or eventually impeded my view. This company listened to my needs and gave me what I wanted. Also, I appreciate that they have a nursery with an expert that could tell me what plants flower, are hard to take care of, how tall they grow, etc. that I had access to in selecting my plants. We even made some minor last minute changes with the plants and their location once they were here. All in all, it was a very good experience and I love the way it turned out.
Description of Work: Installation of sprinkler system, extension of pavers to build larger patio, landscaping by placing various trees and shrubs at locations I selected.
