R & R ELECTRIC INC

We found outlet was smoking and hot to touch after using hair blow dryer in bathroom outlet. We took it apart and found scorch marks on and around socket and insulation burned off part of one wire. We disassembled outlet which then caused sparking and shorted out the circuit. This was on Saturday of Labor Day weekend and although the circuit outage caused loss of all outlet usage and lighting in this bathroom we figured we could make due past holiday rates. We contacted one company on Tuesday morning on the recommendation of a neighbor but that company stated they only did commercial work and referred us to R & R. We were told to expect service between 12 and 4 PM. "John" arrived at 3:25 PM. He appeared knowledgeable and together with a quick repair offered some information about what to expect of the electrical contracting of our 13 yr. old home and offered advice on what we should probably watch for and check ourselves. The fee was slightly less than what was quoted on the phone.

They completed the job on time, and returned as they said they would after the electrical inspection by the City of Henderson. They returned to fill in the ditch they dug.

R & R Electric provided great service as I was impressed with there cautiousness while working with electricity. The two servicemen communicated to each other with walkie talkies when one worker was inside while the other was outside to ensure safety. I was very pleased with them.

We have a large backyard with a pond that needed some lighting around it and we hired R & R Electric to do the work. The electrician were very nice to deal with, spent a lot of time running wires throughout my entire back yard and everything looks wonderful with the beautiful lighting they installed. The pond looks very nice in the evening light and we are very pleased with the work done by this company.
