Alpine Gas Fireplaces

He knew the exact cause and cleaned the line. He showed me the dead spider and explained how to prevent them from coming into our warm little home. He cleaned the entire fireplace including repainting the grates and cleaning the glass inside and out. All in about 30 minutes. Money well spent. Would actually think about having him come back in a couple of years just to make it look good again.

We never owned a wood stove before, but our new house has one, so I called Alpine to get it inspected and learn how it operates, before winter. Dan was very helpful. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. I learned about gaskets, oxygen flow control, and the blower. He cleaned the stove out, checked that the draw was good, and we built a fire and tested it. He also fixed a loose latch on the side door. He tested the thermostat that controls the blower, and he explained how the various parts of the wood stove operate. It was well worth the money, and I would definitely use Alpine Gas (Lehi) again.

It's very good quality and very nice. I haven't had to use it a lot but nice to have it done. They did an excellent job. They did it in one day. They beat the other bids. Excellent quality. He came in the schedule and done it that day. He actually came 10 minutes little late but that's all right. He's very professional, very nice.

There's no negative balance and it was a very simple stuff. They were fine.

Arrived on time, tested the fireplace, cleaned and adjusted the gas flow, and provided instructions on it's use. Nice professional service.

The fireplace works well and they showed up. I had to call the salesman Mark two days before because he hadnt specified the color or arch vs straight. I went to the store told an employee there who notified Mark and I called Mark to request honeyglo brown. They brought and installed black. They can out to fix it and painted it in place but its spray paint so wavy and not consistent coverage and the paint has run on the glass. They are suppose to come today to fix it but I haven't seen anyone. Horrible service and professional quality for the price.

Alpines was not listed on Angie's List! After great in home estimate and walk through, received a call to ask my budget! Told him $2,500 including finish work, and the he emailed me 2 quotes for $2,700 and $2,900!?? NO follow up for over a month now. I wish you had other feedback about them. Listed $300 for removal of fake rock I have right now on wall, which would take me 30 minutes and 2 trash bags to remove. Knowing I was on a budget, that was part of why I was disappointed in the quote.They did an awesome job on my parents and sisters fireplaces though!
