About us

The resort destination of Laughlin is located about 90 miles south of Las Vegas on the Nevada/Arizona border. Laughlin boasts a number of gaming resorts and golf courses. The city is situated on the banks of the Colorado River at the three-corner region joining Nevada, California and Arizona and is home to approximately 8,000 people, but its market area includes a population of 70,000. Laughlin resides in Clark County and is about 30 minutes from Searchlight, Nevada home of Senate Majority leader Harry Reid. Aside from the resort industry, Laughlin is also known for the Mojave Generations Station that provides 1.5 million watts of electricty to over a million customers in Nevada, California and Arizona. The Laughlin airport is shared with Bullhead city on the Arizona side of the border.

Landlord Jesse Ford -Del Rio Realty |I am a tenant and can say only good things about them. Their properties are well maintained and clean to move in and if you have any problems they take care of it immediately which is great after dealing with Barbarita realty who gets away with renting mold infested properties because he used to be the judge of this town so he will win at court if you try to sue for inhabitable living conditions.
