Raymond and Dre, were both on time and very professional. Identified the issue made some corrections to what the home builder had done. Definitely will be the first call I make for an electrical issue from now on.

I had Friends Electrical come and check out and outlet and light that was malfunctioning. It was a simple fix and electrician checked everything out. They were on time and pleasant.

We had them come out for a quote for a few things that needed fixed around the house. A service call fee was NEVER discussed or part of the original call to have them come out. The price for the work we needed done was way too high so we declined the quote. Only then were we informed about the service call fee. I understand you canà ¢à  à  t come out to peopleà ¢à  à  s homes for free but the customer should be informed that there is a service call fee to come and give a quote. Plus, the amount they were going to charge to fix the outlets was OUTRAGEOUS! We are very disappointed as we hired Apple Electric to do all the previous work and had EXCELLENT customer service from them. Seems that culture did not carry over to Yes!
