Kyle was the best. All Yes employees have been great but Kyle went the extra mile by explaining to us what he would do. He fixed the issue quickly and said the work is under warranty and said it was his work and if there any problems, he would fix it. He will be out gonto for plumbing to be certain. What we like about Yes employees is that they are up front and always friendly and respectful which is hard for companies to come by these days. Please let him know how much we appreciate him coming out and doing great work.

I needed to have a gas line adjusted for a new outdoor kitchen, and the gas line connected to the grill. The Yes tech completed the job in just a few minutes for an acceptable fee. I would recommend Yes! for any and all of your A/C and plumbing needs.

Professional service. Solved the clogged drain problem and fixed another with P trap and piping rebuild. Price, I thought was high.

Very poor communication in the business and oddly run. The plumber himself was great and did great work but the process was more complicated than necessary and I would not hire this company again as a result.

Do not use YES unless you want serious issues down the road. When YES installed a new compressor and coil for my air conditioning unit on 7-10-2006, the installer told me that he could not fit the new vent to the heater without cutting one of 2 the drain pipes, but that you only need 1. 15 years later I am trying to sell my place only to find out that I need both drain pipes for the inspection. Here is what transpired. 8-9 @ 11:25 Monday Serviceman David inspected the heater and air condition unit. After talking with his supervisor several times, he tried to say another company installed the unit and that YES took them over. He said his supervisor would call me and give me an estimate to fix it. He said that since YES themselves didn't install it, they are not responsible, even though I paid YES to do that job, and that YES did in fact install it. 8-9 @ 4:25 I had to call YES because the supervisor never called. I talked to a person who said quality control is out for the day and they would have her call me tomorrow morning 8-10 @ 11:20 Once again, I had to call YES. I talked to a person who said Sandra, who is their quality control supervisor, is in a meeting and would call me back as soon as possible. 8-11 @ 4:12 I had to call back, again, and after waiting for 15 minutes I finally talked with Sandra. She tried to say the warranty has expired so they can not be held responsible. She tried to tell me that I can't prove anything and they would not do anything. She tried to tell me that YES never installed it, even though I paid them to do it and I had the receipts from the transaction. One with the quote and the other showing what they installed and that I paid them. She said I can't prove it. I told her that I have the receipts and she still tried to tell me that they didn't do it. Finally, she gave me a number to send a copy of the receipt to, so I immediately texted her the photos of the paperwork that YES gave me when they installed it on 7-10-2006. Once she saw that she changed her argument to â honestly, it is a he said, she said thing so there is nothing you can do and maybe you had someone else come out and cut the pipe to make the vent fit after we were there After a heated exchange, she said that she would talk to an inspector and call me tomorrow. Needless to say, Sandra, who is in charge of quality control, or anyone else associated with YES never called me back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or you may seriously regret it.

Will not use por restration

The quality of the work was fine and the plumber was courteous. However, the amount charged for the work done was like a defense contractor billing the government. I was billed over $200 to pull the rubber dishwasher waste line hose from the air gap to the garbage disposal and have cleaned it out. Most likely cleaned with a bottle brush or a rag on a stick. Then almost $400 to pull the toilet and put it back after the flange was replaced. Thats like a mechanic charging you to take the tire on and off to fix the brakes. Then the flange repair, approximately a $12 part, was almost another $400. Total time on the job, maybe 45 minutes. These prices are shameful.

They were very professional and quoted a very reasonable repair price. Followed all safety procedures and did the repairs the same day. The $50.00 coupon was also a good surprise.

They?re good but expensive! Especially for us seniors on fixed income. Was able to do things myself once but with age not able to move and bend as before. Should have a discount for seniors

Hello I feel they were very much over priced It cost me $1000.00 to have the work done which was to have new parts instaled in the 3 toilet tanks.

Fantastic service. Kudos to Richard and Brent my service technicians. They are extremely knowledgeable, polite, dressed professionally, took all safety precautions by wearing masks and booties over their shoes when inside my home. They answered all of my questions and resolved my air conditioning problem. I am impressed with them and the Yes Air Conditioning and Plumbing brand. I will use Yes in the future. I am glad I contacted Home Advisor to find a qualified company to meet my needs.

Great job, they did what I needed and didn’t try to up-sell me on anything which is always appreciated. They were also quick to set an appointment for an estimate after I contacted them online and were able to make the repair the morning after the estimate.
