they said if it was minor charge would be $49.00 - all they had to do was tighten up the nut on the sprayer hose, they charged me $80.00 for this.

These guys were wonderful. Came out quickly and fixed a problem that we have had for years on the spot. I would recommend them to any of my friends!

The plumber (John) arrived in just a couple hours after my call and provided an estimate. He answered all my question about the repairs needed then completed the service quickly and expertly with no mess left behind.

They were not the cheapest but I needed major work done in an emergency status and the tech completed it for me immediately even giving up his day off to finish it. They were professional and did a great job. I had a minor problem with the work later and he was there quickly to fix it and we were good to go. They were lifesavers for my family. I doubt that I would have had the quality of service from anyone else.

job was completed in a satisfactory manner. price was higher than I had anticipated.

Work performed was high quality. But WAY over priced. For what was charged to have my toilets repaired, I could have had completely new toilets installed. Also, sold me a repair to me water heater that I later learned I did not need. Their reputation as I later found out is that they are the most expensive plumber in Las Vegas.

They showed up on time, were reasonably priced and did a great job. I will use them again.

The gentelman that arrived was a very pleasant & professional. We thought when we call the company that we had more problems then we did, the young man exolained that there were a minimum of problems, we were so happy to find an honest repair person that didn't try to make it appear worst then they were. We are now retired but in the past we were in business for forty five years, the one thing that was important to us (back in thee day, as they now say) being honest and professional with out customers however, through the years it seems that's no longer with service people in America, so you can see your service person was a breath of fresh air

They did a good job and on a timely basis. They were friendly and informative.My only problem was the cost factor which was 225% higher than other contractors, I discovered this only after I made the commitment to Yes! The cost did include a 10 year unconditional guarantee include parts and labor, of course still this has to be proven.

Not as cheap,but not most expensive plumbing contractors. Professional and helpful in advise. Experienced and dependable to solve problems. Appreciated their sevices, especially since my being out of town and had to depend on the contractor and my tenant. Very satisfied outcome. Pedro Moret

After a frustrating experience at Home Depot trying to purchase, have delivered & have installed a new hot water heater, I turned to the internet to see if there was another acceptable solution; and there was! I emailed through your service (servicemagic.com), & Yes AC & Plumbing called me in 15 minutes, late at night on a Saturday! I was impressed that they even responded that quickly & on a weekend night. To make a long story short, Yes came out at 8:15 am Sunday morning, explained the situation to me in terms I understood, quoted me for different levels of the work & then completed the work quickly, efficiently & correctly. WOW!

They couldn't diagnose issue definitively, but were very honest in this. The technician was very helpful and I would recommend them. I will use them for any future projects for sure.
