He explained my options & stated that he likes to put himself in the customer's position regarding providing the available options. As a Disabled Combat Veteran/Retiree on a fixed income; I really appreciate the various options so that I could make the best choice & then chose the best option/work that was done.

Very fast response to my request for service. They replaced the main water line shutoff valve and added leakSMART Detection System. Plumbing fixtures in kitchen and bathrooms replaced. Mike, James, and their crews were thorough, fast, efficient, and neat.

What a rip off. Charged $215 to diagnose and fix the banging in my kitchen faucet hot water pipes. The hot water valve under the sink was not open all the way. A 10-second fix costing $215. I will never do business with this company again.

They called me right away. They had an appointment for me the next day. They provided me all the information I needed. My new air conditioner was installed the next day.

I thought the price was, well, high, however the service techs arrived on time and they did an impeccable job. This was a lesson in "you get what you pay for" because, in the end, I am more than satisfied with the work performed. Don't even think about it, just say "Yes" to Yes Plumbing.

The technicians failed to diagnose the problem with the A/C unit. They did not test the unit to find out where the leak was but immediately condemned the unit stating that repairs to the unit will cost over $4000. They recommended installing a new unit which was not necessary.
