Excellent service

The job consisted of replacing 3 flapper in my toilets. They said they could it. The price $582. I bought these flappers 5 years ago and they cost me $20 apiece. It took them 20 min. to put them in. That is an outrages price. You should not be recommending companies that take advantage of seniors.

I was really satisfied with the work that was done.

Highly recommend! The guy who came out was named David, and I have never had better service. I had tried to fix my faucet leak myself, to no avail, and David was able to explain everything about the repairs needed. They also do offer discounts, which is great! Plus, they do offer a yearly maintenance for plumbing. Great experience, and I've never been happier.

Company is a bit pricey. The gentleman that did the job did an excellent job.

They are fast with their response time, and they came to fix my water heater within 45 minutes after I ve placed the request. Yes! Plumbing and Air Conditioning are professional and courteous. I think that the plumber s name is Ryan, and he is amazing!! He took the time to show me how to light the pilot on my water heater, which I really appreciate.

I hired Yes! Air Conditioning & Plumbing to replace the shower valve, they came out and did the work gave me possible problems, I complained about the cost and they told me they will work with me, I had surgery done the following morning, I saw the receipt and I was charged $1458, I called the office to see if we could work this out and they told me they would come down to $1300, I told them that was not reasonable, I was told he will talk to his men and get back to me, so then I was told no more discounts, I feel like I was taken advantage of especially since I was in a weak state

Contacted in A.M. about water not shutting off and it took technician almost 5 hours to arrive - shortly out of time window. Tech quoted us a price that we felt was unreasonable for the work in addition to the fact he made it sound sleazy, like he was looking for problems we did not ask about - felt he was attempting to take advantage of us. Ended up doing a Google search and repairing the faucet ourselves for free. All customer service agents were friendly but the tech rubbed me the wrong way, and he is the face you are sending out. could not comfortably recommend.
