They do work. You need to get him in your organization if he is not and wants to be. He does good work and is honest. Very professional. Very ethical. And they do high quality work.

They're excellent. I have referred them to both my sisters and they were both very pleased with them as well. I would highly recommend this company.

Dave (owner) came to my house, upon my request, to provide me with options and a quote to replace my old system. Dave explained everything and provided me with the best option and price. His two crew members, Vince and Andrew, arrived on schedule and worked very hard to complete the installation on time. Dave said it would be a 4 day job, in part, because of some construction work had to be done in the attic to install the system properly. They all did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Wrich Air for their professionalism, quality of work, and price.

It's a family owned business and I have been using them for years. I had him come out and replace the fan motor in furnace and he did so all in one day! He called and ordered the part, came back that evening after he picked the part up and installed it! I would highly recommend to others and will continue to use this company in the future.

It was just the start of summer and we were transitioning from winter to fall, and we had an issue with our condensers, it wasn't cooling our house normally. So that's when we called them, and that's when we found out we're going to have to replace them. They changed the air conditioning condensers, they're on the outside of the home, not on the roof. They were honest about the laws changing and they said look if we wait till next year, you're going to have to change the whole Freon line into the house, and that's going to be a larger job, so if you can get it now before they change the law it would probably be a lot cheaper, and you're going to have the current parts for those condensers that we can always go back to replace, because you're not going to eliminate the stocks, those parts with newer versions. I've always used them, I've never had a problem and honestly can't take you back as far, I mean nothing comes to mind, I never had any complains to what they did, so I give them all A's.

It's a small company, honest charging, they're very ethical in what they charge. You don't have a lot of overhead so you can tell that they were not trying to take care of a larger employee work, very personable, there's only like three or four of them in their whole business, and very knowledgeable and very patient and, they just listen to what your problem was and they didn't try to sell you something that you didn't need. They said they were going to be there when they were.

(This is my second attempt at a review. The one I started earlier might have been sent accidentally - the page just disappeared and I had to log in again!) One of our A/C units was making a loud buzzing noise - so loud we were worried that our neighbors might complain. We called Wrich Air after reading good reviews about them on Angie's List.. Our appointment time slot was 8:30-10am today, and right on time, we got a call from Vince that he was on his way. He came out, asked what our problem is, and then did a quick inspection. He turned on the unit, let is run for a minute or so, then turned it off. As the motor slowed down, it made that buzzing noise again. He said that the problem was a failing fan motor. He told us how it works and how it protects the condenser and that's a pretty expensive fix if that goes. He didn't put any pressure on us - just explained that it operates much like a car's cooling system protects the engine. A new fan motor would be $345 to replace - full cost. (Condenser was much more!) We said yes, let's replace it. Later Vince showed us the old unit and how badly it was rusted; he could barely turn it manually. He said it probably would have failed in a week or two at the most, so our timing was pretty good. We felt very comfortable with Vince on the job. He's highly professional, very knowledgeable and friendly, and like I said, he doesn't pressure. After the unit was replaced, it ran much more quietly than before. He also let us know the best, most economical way to operate our A/C unit and wrote out everything the he did in detail. We would definitely call Wrich Air again for any A/C or heating problem.

The installers were extremely professional and so very nice.

My air conditioning system hadn't been checked since I moved into my new home in 2008. Although the system was working well, I was concerned that because of the age, there may be an imminent problem. I had heard good things about Wrich from others in my community and called for an appointment. I was able to be scheduled within a very reasonable amount of time, especially since I called in the heat of July. The office staff seemed very accommodation and friendly. The employee that came for the service call was very polite and trustworthy. He took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me. I was originally worried that a company would try to charge me for an unnecessary service or invent a problem for their financial benefit, but Wrich definitely did not do this. I was very pleased when I was told that my unit only needed a few minor preventative adjustments, and the price was exactly as they had quoted when I made my appointment. I'm very happy with their services and will definitely have them perform future preventive services for air and heating.

We arrived home from a trip in the afternoon on Memorial Day our AC was not working. One phone call to Wrich Air and a few hours later it was all fixed and great service even on a Holiday

I would say this is probably one of the best businesses I have ever dealt with. One of the heaters was not working in my home and based on a recommendation from one of my neighbors, I called Wrich to check out the problem. A extremely pleasant young man by the name of Jeff showed up precisely during the timeframe that was given. Jeff found the problem was a clogged carbon monoxide tube that automatically shut down the heater. He unclogged it and since he was up in the attic, he went ahead and serviced the second heater at the same time. I was totally blown when he said the total charges were $75! I highly recommend this company.

I called Wrich Air Cooling and Heating this Saturday morning around 10am, described my air conditioning issues to Dave, and by 4pm Jeff was at my house fixing the problems. Jeff knows his stuff, and he is very courteous. By 6pm, we were once again enjoying our air conditioning! I give these folks an A+ for being competent, professional, and polite. I know which air conditioning and heating contractor I will be calling when I have another problem -- Wrich Air Cooling and Heating! Highly recommend!

I have been using these guys for years. They are the best.

We called Wrich Air Cooling and Heating and within a day or two, Yoan was out and replaced our two-ton air conditioner including one year labor and five years parts warantee. He is very knowledgeable and explained our heating/air conditioning system to us. The air conditioner is working fine now. We would not hesitate to call the company with any problems we might have with our heating and/or air conditioning system.

We found Wrich Air on Angie's List and called for an appointment. On the morning of the appointment day we received a call from the company, telling us they were running behind and could come late that afternoon or the next day. We opted for the next day. The repairman called on the next day before the appointment time and said he could be on his way. He arrived, identified the problem as a bad wire and replaced it. He checked and cleaned the rest of the unit and all was well. The repairman was friendly and professional and we are very happy with the service. We also are very happy with the price, which was discounted by $10.

I've used Dave Wrich for my heating-cooling for over 5 years. Always prompt, courteous, efficient and very affordable. Jeff has worked on my system for the past couple of years. I wouldn't call anyone else.

After they left, it worked. They never answer their phone. They have a message saying that they will return your call within 15 minutes. They told me they would be here at 10am, but they did not come. They did say they need to be here when the problem was occurring. I called them back and left a message saying they are not here. They finally called me back at 10:30 and said the technician would be here in 30 minutes. They said they couldn't control how long the technician took on a job. He also said I explained this to you meaning that he explained there was a job before mine. He NEVER explained that to me. He said I will be here at 10am. At the first mention of a complaint, they said I needed to find someone else. They are not willing to listen or rectify the problem.

They were amazing. They were quck and fast. It was the middle of the summer and they were there within hours of me calling. They were very reasonable as well because I was getting other quotes around $900-$1,000 for the same job.

The technician checked out our furnace and diagnosed the problem correctly and promptly.

My AC went out and I had called another company to come see what was wrong on 8/29/11. The price they gave me was outrageous so I didn't get the work done, shut the AC off, turned on a fan and went to bed. Around 5am I turned it on again as it was too hot to sleep, but it burned out in 12 hours. So I called Wrich and explained what had happened previously and what the other company said was wrong. It was the owner that answered the phone and it was after 5pm. He listened without interrupting, asked just a couple of questions and gave me a price on the phone, assuming that the previous estimate from the other company was correct as to what was wrong. NO HASSLES! His tech showed up in less than 20 minutes (guess I was close by), was very polite, looked at the previous estimate, then went up on the roof and fixed the problem. NO HASSLES! I wouldn't use anyone but this company ever again and will recommend them to everyone! The price was more than fair, the service exceellent and this was by far the best experience I've ever had in 30 years getting and AC unit fixed!

After being gone for a few days, I came home to an extremely hot (98degrees downstairs, upstairs worse) house. I contacted a repair man who was recommended to me, and the earliest he could come was the next morning, so I left and got a hotel for the remainder of the evening. The next morning, he showed up ontime, took a look, and diagnosed it as a broken blower motor. He then recommended that I contact my home warranty as this should be covered. He could do it for somewhere between $600-1000. All in all, he was there for about 25 minutes, and charged me 85.00. Next I contacted my warranty people, and they were going to send someone out the following day, but I managed to get some strings pulled and they sent someone out from another a/c company a few hours later. The fee was $60.00 as my copay. He also diagnosed it as a broken blower motor, but, from his view on the ladder, stated that although it IS covered, he could not pull the blower motor housing out, citing the truss being in the way. He told me to contact my warranty company again to see what they could do about it and left. I asked if there were any other options.... and he assured me there were not. Home warranty folks stated that they were not responsible for moving the truss, and that they would not complete repairs until I made access available. My dad, who lives in Cali, then got onto Angies list and made a few phone calls. Thats when he got a hold of Dave Wrich, from Wrich Air Cooling and Heating. He offered to come out and take a look at it, FREE of charge. He'd be able to tell me if I indeed needed to move the truss (which he couldn't believe) but if I did, if possibly replacing the unit might be a more affordable route, OR, if he could just fix it on his own and what that price would be. True to his word, he showed up ontime, hopped back up into the attic space, and looked around. He also agreed it was the blower motor, but said that all someone had to do was undo the heating duct, move the a/c unit, replace the blower motor, then reconnect the duct again. He quoted me 375 for all parts and service, and said it could be done within a few hours. Sure enough, he removed the blower motor from the housing without too much trouble, came back exactly when he said he would, and replaced it with a brand new piece, warrantied for a year. He also sealed off part of the unit housing that had a hole in it, explained some of the workings, and cleaned up everything before he left. I would absolutely recommend Dave and his team to anyone looking for a fair deal, fast and friendly service, and quality work. Thanks Dave!

Blower fan broke in a rental unit over the weekend. Jeff was very prompt and courteous. Since it was the weekend over the summer, I opted to have it fixed immediately which he did. I did not obtain other quotes given the urgency and cannot comment on the competitiveness of the price, but it seemed reasonable and he completely the job quickly and professionally. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and the job was completed within a few hours after I called. I've used them before and would use again.

My older AC Unit failed to cool following the installation of a Satellite Dish that was mounted to the side of the the AC unit. The first estimate that I received from a different company led me to believe that my only options were to replace the entire unit for thousands of dollars (recommended), or replace the entire coil section for a cost of $2000. I called Wrich Air late in the afternoon for a second opinion and Dave offered to come out and look at the unit while I was at work the next day. Dave showed as promised, was able find the damaged portion of the coil and even emailed me pictures of the hole and the repair (which will be valuable for a claim reimbursement from the Satellite Dish company). Not only was he able to correctly diagnose the cause of the failure, but he was able to REPAIR the leak by soldering it and then recharging the system for a fraction of the cost to replace the coils, and way less than the expense of a new unit. I couldn't be more satisfied with Wrich Air. I found Dave to be timely, professional, and with the knowledge, skills, and tools to be able to offer an option to fix something rather than just replace it. I am relieved to find that there are still honest, fair, and capable repair technicians available and would highly recommend Wrich Air to anyone.
