There was some confusion with my order, but it could have been avoided if my calls were returned promptly. The mistakes were fixed immediately, but I was promised a free window screen for my troubles, but never received it.

Anthony contacted us very quickly and came gave us a quote. He was by far the best priced and we chose to use them. He remembered giving us the quote but could not locate his paperwork so we had to give him a copy of the copy he gave us. That was the only questionable part. They got the screens built 4 days ahead of schedule and installed them immediately. We are very happy with the price, the speed, and the look. We would recommend them to our friends.

They came a little early, did a very complete job, and they were very kind and professional. We would definitely recommend them!

I was extremely disappointed with the service received and with the way my complaint was handled. My screen was ordered on 12/27/10 and was expected to be installed within 7-10 days. Several phone calls were required to get screen delivered. Once was told wrong screen was ordered & had to be re-ordered, should expect screen inh 24 to 48 hours. Screen was not delivered until 01/21/11. Business owner was rude when I complained of delay. States tech forgot to place order. Will never use Winow bright again or recommend this service to anyone EVER!

Anthony was awesome! The first time, the guy didn't clean very well, so Anthony sent over 3 guys to finish, and they did an EXCELLENT job! I highly recommend Window Bright.
