They came within an hour of my initial call, replaced the broken screen on the patio door and rebalanced the door so that it slid more smoothly. Super service!

1st question is wrong! It was washing my driveway cement! NOT PAINTING but I can't change YOUR written word! The 2 gentlemen were kind and hard workers for their service. Excellent in what they did for me! I have asked them to come back in 6 months to freshen up my driveway for the winter! Highly recommend their services. Enjoyed their kindness to a couple of seniors.

They were very late and no phone call to let me know that they were going to be late. I asked for the window tracks to be cleaned also and they were not included in the work order so I had clean windows and dirty rails. I was given the impression that they were included in the quote I was given. I was never told it was a seperate cost. I asked for the blinds to be cleaned and they were cleaned (dusted) with an oily material that just made them worse. I will never use or recommend this company again. I will never hire nor recommend this company ever again

I have been using Window Bright to clean my Windows for over 12 years (outside and inside). They do excellent work, are extremely professional and are always courteous. Unfortunately, I had no idea that they also repair and replace window/door screens. When I rediscovered them on the HomeAdvisor website, I did not hesitate to get them involved with a sliding screen door replacement. I was shocked that they advised against a replacement and recommended a square-up and adjustment. I now have a "like new" screen door at a fraction of the cost of a replacement.

The guys that came to the house were real nice and very fast.

The gentlemen who cleaned my windows were very professional, knowledgeable and quick......the only complaint of them was that they trampled my flowers and broke off pieces of them...but that has nothing to do with the great job of cleaning my windows.....

I wasn't able to actually see the install of the window screens as I live out of state, however, the customer service was excellent and was taken care of immediately!!!!
