Spoke to their rep on Friday and was able to make an appointment for Monday. Rep called 10 minutes before they arrived (actually arrived 15 minutes earlier than the front time on their appointment window which was good). The tech was friendly and courteous, didn't try to upsell me on anything which I appreciated. (Hear that, Stanley Steamer???), and had my new window screens built and installed in about a half hour. Great work, great screens and great customer service. I'll use you again!!!

They were fairly quick to get the 9 screens done and installed. New member on the crew scratched a few of the framessage trying to get them in place.

We ordered (and paid in full) 2 solar screens from them 2 weeks ago and were told it would take 5 days to make them. We've called them twice in the past four days asking for an installation date. Both times we were told someone would call us back. To date, we've heard nothing!
