John from Window Bright is not only professional and honest but very personable. i tried to overpay him to see what he would do and he immediately looked me in the eye and let me know that I was paying him $5.00 too much. Would definitely hire him again. I have his card. Also, I want to say his Assistant, Gerald was just as professional and personable. A word of advise for anyone using a "Referral" type service like Home Advisor...Make sure they look you in the eye when greeting you....because the eyes are the window to their soul. I had an appointment that did not allow me to be home at the time of the service. I was impressed that they followed my instructions and did a great job.

I hired Window Bright to prescreen my back sliding door, and the pleasant woman manning the phones set the appointment up for me and told me that the workers would arrive between 8:30 and 10:30 in the morning. As I had heard nothing by 10:35, I called, and spoke to the same woman. After contacting her team, she apologized and told me that they had experienced a flat tire, but would be on their way soon. They arrived not long after that, and were very professional and got the job done. I noticed that the door didn't seem to be closing all the way. They had put away their tools, and the man who appeared to be in charge came to the front door with the invoice. I told him I thought that the screen door didn't seem to be closing as well as it had before, and he took a few minutes and made some adjustments to the wheels of the door and it seemed fine after that. The thing that bothered me was that I think he had been hoping that somehow I wouldn't notice that my screen door didn't close flush to the jamb anymore, as he had finished up with everything in the back and was preparing to leave.
