The screens look great and the mounting hardware was well done. They reviewed maintenance suggestions and discussed future cleaning services.

I needed one window only, had trouble getting someone for that one window, this company was able to come out the same day and give me an estimate and they beat a competitor by $100, he's busy and it took almost 2 weeks, but no complaints for the prompt attention and better quote, totally worth the wait, highly recommend!.. Bottom line the work was done with great expertise and quality. However, the individual is reckless, loud, and brash. Showed up at my house ahead of the scheduled appt and discourteous about the situation with Covid-19. Made fun of the virus and said he already got it in November and Jesus will always protect us. On the day of installation, showed up around 6:30 pm without notice, none of the techs were wearing masks and taking precaution but did a great job installing the screens quickly and efficiently. Great work but terrible bed side manners. Neighbors three doors down could hear him, saying he was extremely loud and next door tenant complained he was looking in their bedroom window. I was terribly embarrassed. But "Kudos" to his aggressive nature of getting the work and getting it done quickly. Thus, I do recommend them, but professionalism needs some work.
