I was very pleased with the service I received from Window Bright. I had a huge hole in my screen from my pet and needed it fixed because I was moving out. Kim, the office rep, was incredibly nice and efficient, and even let me send pics so I confirm what was needed. She had a technician come out the next morning and the work was great, and extremely affordable. I would highly recommend them!

From the moment I called, I felt I was speaking with a very professional company. Kim answered the phone and I immediately liked speaking to her. She listened to what I needed and worked with me to establish a price and to schedule a date. The 2 men who came were fabulous (Jonathan was 1) They were quick, thorough, and did a remarkable job. Plus, upon entering the house, they put on booties (this was impressive especially since they'd done the outside windows and their feet could have been wet from the water / dirt). I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

There was a small hiccup with scheduling but Anthony really made up for it. Looking forward to working with them down the road.

They did a great job. They cleaned my windows both inside and outside quickly and methodically. Didn't realize how dirty my windows were until they were finished and then my windows sparkled in the sunlight. Would definitely recommend Window Bright.

The salesman did not give us the full picture when sold us the door. He was pushing the security door as opposed to the bugged door which was the same amount for the door. What he did not tell us is the security door leaves a large gap on top of the bottom which gives an opportunity for bugs to enter. Even though I get sprayed once a month that is not the point. I have to get additional parts for the top-bottom, to feel secure. Once I get what is needed, I will hire someone else to install them. We would have probably got the bugged door or, if he would have explained the parts needed, I would have paid extra at the time of sale, have him order the extras, had everything done at one time. We are upset we were not given the complete picture to make choices.

He workers arrived on time and were very polite. They did a fantastic job very quickly. My windows sparkle. I will definitely hire them again!

GREAT JOB. They rescreened three of our 10 year old solar screens, did one small bug screen and one slidding glass door screen. Everything looks great. Would definitely use again and highly recommend them.

They showed up at the time we agreed upon. They were quick, efficient and did a great job cleaning inside and outside windows on a two story townhouse. They also cleaned two big screens and rehung them for us. Iâ ll call them again.

Arrived on time. Was efficient, courteous, and fast cleaning of windows and screens. Was considerate and careful of inside space, floors. etc. and wore masks while in my home.

Not only did he do an impeccable job, he was courteous, helpful and on time. To our delight, when we arrived back from work, not only were all our new screens installed, Quincy had washed all of our windows and left them sparkling. I highly recommend
