They say it’s monthly charge you and never show. They double charge you all the time for work never performed. Stay away this is a fraud scam.

They employee people to go door to door to kick cats I guess because that’s what’s there employee did and that’s not okay in anyway! I demand they fire him now!

Kicked a clients cat into the air and almost to start of path to front door.

Owners son has been caught kicking a cat! Absolutely don’t give this business one more penny. Just google Williams pest control cat and the video is there of him literally launching a cat in the air.. never is that ok!

It’s been 2 weeks, and I still have the rats in the yard. They told me it may take up to a month for them to succumb to the poison, so it may be premature to measure their success.

Their tech, Andrew arrived on time as scheduled. He was very professional and friendly. We told him of our problems and how we had try to handle it. He immediately knew what needed to be done. He explained the procedure he would do and then the follow up a few days later. he explained their maintenance programs their cost. He then proceeded to spray the house, under the house and around the house. He took his time and we felt very comfortable in our decision to hire Western. Before the treatment, we were seeing 15-20 roaches a day in the bathroom, kitchen and living room. After the treatment we encountered lots of dead ones and only 3 live ones. Andrew returned 5 days later for the follow up. He asked about any roaches we had seen. Told him about the 3 live ones. He then proceeded to spray the entire house again. Since that time we have not seen any roaches, alive or dead. Andrew explained when our maintenance program went into effect but added that if we have anymore problems to contact them and they would take care of it immediately. So glad I contacted them.

Williams Pest Control resolved a difficult access bee issue with great skill and professionalism. Our technician displayed excellent customer service. I would definitely use William's Pest Control for further service and highly recommend them to others.

Didn't sorry hardly at all and was not very next day and ended up in hospital sleepy for 3 days. They didn't spray where I told them the issues were so I wouldn't hire again but to fix what they were originally paid for

We have our property sprayed every two months. It has been very effective. We occasionally have some dead bugs in the driveway but they never penetrate the perimeter of the house.

It went great. They always take care of any problems I might have. They even got rid of some paper wasp that I had at my front door. Andrew is very professional and does a great job.

These guys are incredibly honest. I had flying, biting insects, gnats, in my backyard, and called Williams to see if they could get rid of these pests. After learning that the lawn was being watered excessively, Ian advised reducing the sprinkler watering by 60% and to call him if the problem persisted in the next two weeks. His advice worked like a charm and was free. I stopped most of the watering and now have no more bugs. Cost me nothing, and saved on my water bill. If I ever have a pest problem again, I'm going to call Williams.

This company was recommended to me due to its excellent customer service. They have been extremely professional and courteous. I don't have to be home to have the service and to get to my back patio they jump over the fence. I am on auto-pay too which I find very convenient. My cost is $65 every two months and that seems a good rate for the Vegas valley.

I never had a problem with bugs and that is a big problem in Las Vegas. I would still be using them if I hadn't moved.
