 + -1 moreHe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in providing appraisal information that saved me time and money. I had planned to pay $350 for an appraisal with another company that just made the appointment without any questions. I didn't feel right about it and so I called him since he was on Angieslist. It turns out, an appraisal would not be necessary in my case. If I or anyone I know EVER needs an appraisal, I would call him first. He went out of his way to do the right thing, even if it meant he didn't make money off of me. Very refreshing.
Description of Work: Spoke with me over the phone to see if an appraisal was necessary in my situation.

 + -1 moreI called and talked to Paul. He thought in my situation, as a seller, I really didn't need an appraisal. Then he proceeded to talk to me for about 20-30 min giving me some very valuable, free, advice. If I ever do need an appraisal I will call him!

Description of Work: Mr. Paul Johnson appeared at the time and place agreed upon and performed a through and detailed appraisal of the property. His report included all the factors considered in the appraisal and comparisons of similar properties in the area. I am completely satisfied with his performance and will use his services if need them inthe future. I unconditionally recommend him to any who require a professional property appraisal.

Description of Work: I called Mr. Johnson because I was having trouble getting the appraisal from the company my lender had chosen. He was right there and did the appraisal but did not charge me because the lender would only accept her choice.
