Vegas Valley Air Duct

20 June 2014: Purchased an Angie's Big Deal from Vegas Valley Air Duct to perform a "Gas Fireplace Tuneup, Cleaning, and Inspection, With a Furnace Safey Inspection." 20 June 2014: Arranged for the work to be done on 25 June 2014. 25 June 2014: The technician arrived at the agreed upon time. All he did was a visual safety inspection of the fireplace and furnace. There was no "Tune-up" or Cleaning as indicted in the Big Deal. He was at my home for approximately 15 minutes. Comment: I don't know who is the blame, but the Item description, "$59 for a Gas Fireplace Tuneup, Cleaning, and Inspection, With a Furnace Safey Inspection" was very misleading and not what I expected. I hope other people weren't hoodwinked by this Big Deal.

Have used them twice using the big deal. Very happy each time and will use again.

They were good. This was my first time using them. At first, I told them there was some insulation in the tray up there. He said that they didn't do that. Then he came down and said, "It wasn't bad. I cleaned it up for me." I said, "Thank you." It was basically what I thought it was going to be. I'm assuming he did what he was supposed to do.

Excellent job. In and out in 20 min.

It went quickly and he addressed those issues he could.

The service person was very nice...they showed up early and had my house done in an hour...even changed furnace filters for me. Very pleased...

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The furnace safety inspection was okay but they didn't know what they were doing on the fireplace inspection. He wasn't able to diagnose the issue. The guy was okay. He seemed to be professional and he was good. I didn't pay any additional.

It went very well. I paid more because they did a couple of other things but it was all fine. They are very good and recommendable.

They were good to deal with. The service itself was awesome. Scheduling was good and they showed up on time for the appointment. The technicians did not look too professional. They gave us good advice on how properly use parts of the fireplace.

Went well. He went directly into starting up the furnace, then cleaned front glass of the furnace.

Arrived on time, began assessing the unit for the fireplace tune up, cleaning, and inspection. He explained our gas fireplace in a step by step of his process, with ease and easy speak :) He completed all tasks in a timely manner and made a suggestion or two for future needs. Very polite. Great manners, and trusted service. So please we purchased out Big Deal for Vegas Valley Air Duct. Will be using them again, if ANY problem or CONCERN arises.

Work went smoothly; technician offered tips on maintaining the fireplace.

So far, it has not been good. I had wanted them to come out early this week and they were unable to do that. They said they had some other work they are currently working on and to call them back another time to schedule. I am going to try to schedule the work for next week.

They showed up on time and did a great job! I'd use them again!

Said there was a problem with the automatic starter but couldn't exactly identify the problem and how to correct it????

They came in and cleaned up the fireplace. I was having some trouble with it and they fixed that.

They came on time and he called before he came. They found something with the fireplace that needed to be repaired, but they could not repair it. He said it needed a new ignition piece. My husband said they were very nice and friendly. They explained what they could and couldn't do. They gave some suggestions on who he could call to repair the fireplace. He was very pleased with it.

They came at the appointed time and performed the job well. The price was right and I was satisfied.

They were okay and nothing impressed me. They are not professional. I would not use them again.
