it was well worth the cost, The job was explained and I was showed the do's and don'ts of being safe the professionalism of the man was GREAT.

We are new to the home. just needed the fireplace checked for leaks. Very little cleaning was needed. No leaks were found and the technician was very helpful in showing me how to use the fireplace as well as "do's and don't's" concerning usage.

I had no problems with this company, everything turned out excellent.

I was unhappy with the service. I asked the tech since nothing was done could I trade for another service they provide. He stated probably not.

A company employee came to a new house that we had purchased and blew out the air ducts to clean them. He also cleaned out the dryer vent duct to clean out the lint. He arrived on the appointment day and time. The man who came was professional and we were happy with the job he did.

I really don't feel like I can analyse this service very well. Being a novice with this type of fireplace (gas) am not sure what should be done. I have no complaints on the experience and would recommend this company to others.

I bought this house in 2011 and never used the fireplace. I bought the service for the fireplace. They came and eventually got the fireplace lit in September 2014. I returned in Dec and it didn't work. I called the company and they sent another person who demanded an additional $80 cash to light the fireplace in 5 minutes. That night I turned the fireplace off and it wouldn't relight the next day. I called the company back and was not happy that I had spent $140 by now for nothing. He sent the person back who did the service I first paid for. I found out that the original service was not done; cleaning, adjusting and service. Plus I was never instructed on how to properly use, adjust or turn the fireplace on and off. I strongly suggested that I get some kind of rebate/refund as I see that this is the rule more than the exception for this company. He said no because I had already given him a good review from the first service. I admit that I was happy because I didn't need parts and it didn't blow my house up. This is no way to do business. I suggest he be bared from Angie's List due to the same problems over and over.

The check was quick. He taught me how to light it late on in case it went off again.

The service was okay. I would not use them in the future.

Fernando inspected the fireplace, but was unable to make it work, and suggested I call a fireplace repair company, which is what I assumed I had done by purchasing a "Gas Fireplace Tune-Up". He then looked at the furnace and said he would clean the air ducts for $250, which I declined. Seems to me that I paid $59 for an air ducts cleaning quote, which I could have received for free.

They did a good job. The guy went into the attic; he ended up sucking up all of the insulation. When I called the company they said that they don’t even go into the attic.

Great. Service Person was punctual, polite and worked in an efficient and thorough manner.

Everything went fine. I have notices less dust since then.

Took 45 minutes to clean "whole house". The special I purchased was not sufficient $175 so had to pay double. Cost was $350 for 45 minutes of work.

I brought in an electrician to fix the switch and was told that the problem was with the transformer that is inside the fireplace that I had never been told about. The electrician came and said that they cannot fix the transformer since it is inside the fireplace. So at this point, I still do not have a working fireplace. Very disappointed.

Overall very good. They even came back afterwards to clean something a 2nd time that caused one of the dryer vent for the dryer to clog. They fixed it and found the clump.

Very well done and the professional was very nice and polite. We have a 1 story home but he still had alot of work to do.

Their information gave us the power to fix the electrical issue ourself. It was great! They were really nice, helpful, and thorough! The pricing was fair.

Lousy job. He showed up on time. We have an outdoor fireplace with a battery operated igniter. I explained that the batteries needed to be changed and I wanted the flame inspected as it burns dirty and builds up soot on the outside of the fireplace walls. I never did get an answer as to what might be the cause.. i.e. dirt clogged in the burner holes etc...and he really didn't check. He also said they do not service the "electrical" switch..so wouldn't open it to change the batteries or inspect the wires... I asked him why it takes so long to start sometimes... he said "that's just the way they operate" , .. He basically vacuumed it out, washed the logs and put them back in..some backwards with the print stamps facing the front which I had to ask to have turned around and he basically just piled them on top of each other like a log pile instead of criss cross for air flow like when you build a log fire. (a different service that we had years ago showed us the importance of log placement for airflow AND changed the batteries in the starter) This service was also to include a Furnace safety inspection which the service person sent didn't even ask about... and he didn't clean up the mess from the logs ..when his vacuum was right there.. He packed up and left.. I had to sweep up the mess he left. I thought $59 was a good price to pay for a Fireplace inspection.. not for the job that was actually done.. I can vacuum and wash logs myself and I know how to put them back in correctly! Would not recommend. In this case.. you get less than you pay for.

I think it went very well.The provider identified the problem and made me aware of the periodic maintenance that will help keep my unit working properly.He cleaned the entire burner system,fire box and logs.The tune-up was professional and very informative.

Initially called the number given and the person gave me one date for service that I found conflicted with a doctor's appt. I called back to change the date but said they were too busy to talk at the time and instructed me to call back the following Monday. The day I was set to call back, I also checked BBB and saw the feedback was unfavorable. Between that and the scheduling issues, I will not be using this company.

We bought 2 of the deals because we had 2 fireplaces. He cleaned the glass and vacuumed but everything else on the deal he didn't do which was supposed to be included. Instead he spent time checking our air ducts, quoting us prices on cleaning it. If we wanted a deal for that, we would've bought one.
