Description of Work: They just swept a little around inside of fireplace & told me it looked clean.and it was .I thought they would check chimmney.When they checked furnace I felt like they were not qualified .I'm missing a 6 inch piece that flanks the front of unit. He told me that the part is not sold separately. But I bet I could find one somewhere.

Description of Work: Was suppose to tune up my switch controlled gas fireplace. Said the switch was out. When electrician showed up later in the day, he replaced the switch, which he said was not broken, and showed me power was going to the fireplace. This company is more about vacuuming vents than fixing fireplaces.
