Description of Work: The offer included cleaning of one fireplace and safety check of the furnace. I did not need the furnace service, as I have a service company that does it on a regular basis. I do have another small fireplace, but he refused to substitute that for the furnace check. Instead, I paid Angie's list $59 for the first fireplace and $50 for the second. They seem to feel that they don't make enough money through Angie's List. The actual work went very quickly.

Description of Work: They cleaned the fireplace and all the services they promised. They did tell me that I needed additional work and offered to do it. I did not have an opportunity to determine if the price they quoted me for the extra service was reasonable or not. I let them do the extra work and it cost more than the original work advertised. I cannot determine if I got a bargain or not.

Description of Work: This guy did nothing for us! He didn't even have the right tools he borrowed tools from us. We ended up calling the gas company who gave us a list of reliable people who showed up & got the job done! So we hired someone for $59.00 & lost that & had to pay someone else to service our fireplace! We were not happy & would never use Las Vegas Airduct again👎

Description of Work: This service is not worth the purchase. Had a minor problem which the tech. could not figure out. Another tech from a different company found the issue to be a simple adjustment with the air flume. Basically I paid $60.00 for someone to vac out the fireplace and leave. Here 5 min.

Description of Work: Complete rip off even with the deal. Also scratched wooden flooring and denied responsibility. Still awaiting the owner to call back after at least 12 months

Description of Work: Fireplace cleaning and inspection. |Cleaning was complete, but technician did the job and left no paperwork. After following up with the office it was explained that the certificate has to be issued by the office and since it was paid for through Angie's list a receipt is not generated by the technician. I would have preferred to receive a business card or something with the company's name and phone number on it. Or at the very least ask the customer if they have any questions.
