The team was on time and very professional. Our attic blower was blocked and not working well so they replaced it for us. Excellent work. The house smells so much better!

I called to make the appointment and Ron informed me that it would be 75.00 additionally as I had two air conditioners the serviceman didn't get 2 vents as he was unable to access no credit for that. He showed up on time positioned a suction tube on one vent located in the kitchen and went to the other rooms don't know what he did although I must admit I don't no much about vent cleaning however, when he came to the kitchen vent all I saw him do was clean the opening so I assume that's what was done on the additional vents and somehow it cleaned as I mentioned Im not savy in this field although I have had this service performed at another property and I believe it took at least 3 1/2 hrs. Additionally it was sanitized. This service was completed in approx.1 1/2 hrs

It was fine. Everything went smoothly. They were on time and they did a good job. I was very satisfied.

The did an good job, but they charged extra for attic work that did not needed done and charged me and extra $200. I would probably not use them again.

I got the angie's list deal and they came promptly. They were on time, concise in their communication and did not try to upsell. hey did the job correctly and fast and left. What more do you need? I use them every year from now on.

My fault was not reading the Angie's deal totally. I paid $175, but when I called the company they said that was only for a house with one air conditioner unit. My house has 2 so they would do it but I had to pay another $150. I asked about how long it would take and was told 2 - 3 hours. The serviceman was early. That was nice except I wasn't home. Thank goodness my husband was home. But he only was here an hour. Efficient??? I don't know. It was the first time I had my air ducts cleaned.M

Although the technician arrived on time as scheduled, he did not really seem to spend much time doing what he was supposed to be doing. He completed cleaning my ducts in less than one hour. The equipment that was used appeared to be little more than an oversized industrial vacuum cleaner not a system specifically designed for air duct cleaning. Not much more was done other than removing the individual vents and suctioning out the readily visible dust/dirt for some limited distance into each vent. I could have done this myself with my Dyson vacuum cleaner by using the appropriate attachment. There was no equipment used to centrally flush/blow out the dirt/dust from the vent system overall. The technician (name unknown) also appeared to be something of a "shakedown artist" offering to clean my blower and air conditioning coils for an additional $150.00. Payment would have been by check made out to "cash" and would not have appeared on the company's invoice. Doing "work off the books" sounds more than a little bit fishy to me! The fact that this employee was not the most competent individual in his line of work also could be seen in his apparent confusion when he tried to find my blower via a small attic access panel in my closet. He did not seem to know that what he was looking for could be found in the garage, until I pointed this out to him. This certainly did not give me the impression that he knew what he was doing and from the overall hastiness with which the job was performed the poor first impression that I had was confirmed.

They were great! Ron picked up the phone first ring, was passionate about his business, was very professional and knew exactly what I needed and had the right price. I called 4 other air duct cleaning services in town that same day. Left two messages and the other two had such differences in prices I thought that was strange. One company quoted me $450 min to coe to the house + 75 additional each vent over 6 vents. Ron at Vegas Valley Air Ducts, was 150 total cut and dry! SAME EXACT Service as the others offered.... that was what I was expecting to pay. His crew was professional, early for the appt. and very clean and well presented. Thank you. !!

Work done a week or so ago. The guy they sent showed up on time. That was great. Then downhill from there. I had to point out a couple of the ducts he forgot. The brush he used to wisk through the vents was flimsy. Nothing but a soft felt like material. I asked him, "Is this all you are going to use?" He did have a big blue machine running attached to one of the ducts the whole time he was using this felt thing on each duct. It just looked so flimsy. He just ran it in the duct for a second it seemed and on to the next duct. Not very far in the duct either. The next problem I have is with the sanitizing. This company uses a spay bottle of sanitizing solution I guess, and just pumps a few times in one of the ducts while the fan only is running. I smelled nothing. No clean smell running through the ducts. Nothing. I paid him and he left. I was so disappointed. I will never call them again. Oh, and their big blue machine was not a 3 stage type Hepa machine. No way to show you what came out of your vents. All the dirt and dust of your job just went in with all the other jobs done that day.

I am not even sure they actually cleaned them. I suspect they just opened the ducts and sprayed them with cleaner so they smelled clean. Considering the number of air ducts we have, the job went rather quickly, which made me suspicious. Then the technician asked if I wanted the coils on our furnace cleaned and I said yes. He didn't clean them because our garage was packed with stuff and there was no way he could have gotten his vacuum in there without moving stuff around and it hadn't been touched. They are rude on the phone, they don't return calls promptly and something about them seems shady.

The came on time and offered to come early if I was available. The gentleman was very nice and was in and out. I would use them again.

Vegas Valley did not do very well. They actually made even more of a mess. They left black marks all along the walls and everywhere else they touched. They did not even bother to clean it up. All they used to do the cleaning was a little suction tool that was supposed to suck out the dirt. I think the tool backfired and pushed the dirt out on to my walls. It was such a mess.

I would say that Vegas did a good job. I feel as if I can breathe better. The air seems much less contaminated inside the house. There were two men that came and they were at the house for about six hours. The pricing was rather cheap. I had hired a company about five years ago to do this and they had charged me double than what Vegas had charged me. I will hire Vegas again in about five years if they are still in business.
