It was great. Alex responded promptly to my request for an estimate. Once we decided to go forward, they showed up promptly when they said they would and got right to work. They did exactly what we had asked for and even did a couple of things we only thought of once they were here. They were very professional and cleaned all the debris from the yard. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would not hesitate to call them again or to recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Highly professional. Excellent work. Our yard and patio area is beautiful!!! Only took them a day and a half to complete the work. We are very pleased. If you want the work down right, hire Alex to do the work.

Brilliant. I could not be happier nor could my husband Chad. Within the 1st 5 minutes of meeting him before we decided to hire him. I was already like "He is the one to get this done, he knows his stuff". I did not see anyone else for estimates after. And he did not try to sell me on things we did not need which is a plus as well. Today the removal of that huge tree went so smoothly and fast. The stump grinding was excellent as well (he also did 3 extra small stumps for me). And now our back yard is clean and ready for us to do an add on the patio and artificial grass. We also hired Alex and his company to do the rock in our front yard. He is also installing an irrigation system. I can not wait for them to do that :) I know this is a long review, but we are thrilled with the work. And because we are so impressed we will never look elsewhere. This is the most professional and kind company I have ever been around. I would give them 1000 stars if I could. A truly fantastic job. Hire them and you will not regret it!!!

I paid top dollar to remove a tree from my backyard and 3 months later I see a tree growing. Alex lied about fully removing the tree. I tried to contact him several times about it with no response. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Decided to use Angie's list for the first time because all of the other referrals never returned our phone calls. Angie's List provided an option we haven't had all year (folks that were returning calls). Alex from Vargas Tree Services returned my call right away, came out for an estimate and got me on schedule within days. He and his team were able to arrive earlier than planned which worked out perfectly for me. Their entire team was awesome! They did a great job and cleaned up everything. They were all kind, courteous and professional! I will certainly call on them again and highly recommend their work.

We were very pleased with the work that was done. A quote was given on Tuesday and work performed today (Friday). Our 2 trees were trimmed and some hedges were trimmed in an hour and a half. We highly recommend them for any yard service needs that you have!

Vargas Tree Service is Excellent! I needed a dead pine tree removed in my back yard and I’d been putting it off for months due to cost. Vargas price was VERY competitive and fair. They were right on time and so quick! They even cut the trunk into fireplace logs for us! Everything was cleaned up within minutes! Alex Vargas was excellent. I called 4 companies they came out the best, Vargas is licensed, bonded & insured. They came with 4 workers a crane truck trimmed my tree way back & cleaned everything up. The job was done in a timely manner.

They didn’t show up for appointment for estimate. I reached out twice and got the run around. On the third attempt to schedule, they lied again and said they had me down for yet a different time (7pm at night) not true. Went with someone else!

The service was first rate. They arrived on time and trimmed the tree perfectly. The price charged was the lowest we were quoted.

Extremely professional and helpful with recommendations. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Overall cost was extremely fair and worth the price quoted. Project was beyond my expectations and I am extremely pleased. I will hire them again and give my recondition to anyone looking for landscaping jobs.

I was contacted and scheduled for a Saturday. The person NEVER showed up. It was an inconvenience organizing my day around someone else's schedule only for the person to not show up.

Aleck Vargas was prompt to arrive and look over our situation. Very kind and knowledgeable. He responded with a very competitive proposal. Even though we did not hire his company this time, I intend to keep his contact information for other projects. I believe Vargas Tree Service to be much more versatile than their title represents and an excellent company to work with.

They showed up on time (even a little early). Worked from 7:30 am til about 3:30 pm. Got all the work done quickly and efficiently. Alex was very professional and friendly. Easy to communicate with and concerned about what was to be done and my happiness with results. Price was half of what another company estimated. Some clean-up required by me because of grinding tree stumps and the resulting sawdust was very attractive to my puppy. Highly recommended! Plan to use again for irrigation installation and tree planting!

Alex was quick to respond, reasonable in price and very knowledgeable. Family-owned business with great pride in the work performed. Showed up on time, was extremely quiet so as to not bother the neighbors, and cleaned up so that we didn't even know he had been there with his crew. They are personable, sincerely interested in doing the best job possible and super professional. We have already asked for reminders in a year or two to make sure we stay on top of our trees and maintenance.
