Description of Work: This was a home warranty service. They failed to fix the problem the first time and said need to order condenser fan blades. I had to call several times to get them to come back out to fix what was broken and took them 10 days to get the fan blades. Luckily I had two units in my house. I think they could have done better. I am giving them a C for average. I want A service for all my requested services.

 + -1 moreThey were prompt in coming but the charge for the work I felt was excessive. Cost of parts was under $100. A fair price would have been in the $350 to $400 range.
Description of Work: Replaced an A/C compressor fan motor.
