Chris was my appraiser and when I missed making connection with him he promptly called me back and scheduled for the next day. He was exactly on time even though he had to come to Overton and was extremely efficient and quick. I needed a rush on this and even though he was busy he got it done quickly. I would highly recommend this co and its employees.

Seemed a lot of money for the amount of time the rep was in the house. He was only in the house maybe 5 minutes, took a couple of pictures and was gone. He did not discuss how the valuation is determined or provide any information. Disappointed for $275.00, expected more.
