Description of Work: I had them give me a quote of windows and patio doors. They gave me the best presentation demonstrating their product and business. No one else provided that to me. I will definately be using their services when the time comes for me to have the windorws and patio doors done. Great Job Cody!!

Description of Work: The representative came and gave a very long presentation. It was a very high pressure sales presentation. He quoted us a price that was over $8000. But if we signed up right then and there without having a chance to research what he had told us he would do it for under $6000. But if I let him leave without signing the contract it would be the original price. Too high pressure and if I were interested in using them I would at least want to go see a job or two they did and talk to the homeowner.

We understand that the presentation was long, but when shopping for a product, especially a home remodel that involves new construction, (tearing out an existing window, walls, electrical, and not to mention spending thousands of dollars) Universal Windows Direct Las Vegas wants to make sure not only you feel completely comfortable and understand the project from A to Z, but also to give you the peace of mind knowing the project will be completed professionally and according to code. We believe that a more educated consumer is empowered and can make a cultured decision on whomever they choose. We wish you luck in your search to find a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor that not only uses a licensed engineer, pulls all proper permits, but installs it professionally. If a contractor was to cut corners it will not only jeopardize the contractor but also the integrity of your home, not to mention the safety of your family. Now about the sale being very high pressured. We have multiple different field consultants and some reps are more anxious than others to negotiate an agreement when they feel they can meet the genuine needs and wants of a potential consumer. Description of Work: They changed my back door and two windows. The only problem I had with them was that they brought the wrong size at the first time, but the job was performed very well. I strongly recommend this company.

Our windows are custom made to the eighth of an inch and on rare occasions there are incorrect measurements. As soon as we found out that the window was of incorrect size we expedited the order and installed it as soon as possible. I am sincerely sorry that it wasn't correctly measured the first time and am glad to hear that your are satisfied with our business and professionalism with the original problem. Description of Work: Replaced sliding glass door and two windows upstairs. They arrived on time and got right to work. The whole process took about 3 1/2 hours from start to completion. They even put my alarm sensors back on. They cleaned up all the debris. The whole experience was pleasant, no surprises or hidden costs. I would use them again in the future.
