They responded quickly and had our installer, Zeke, here the next day. I can't say enough good about Zeke! If we ever need them again, I would ask for him personally!

It was pretty simple replacing the sensors so they did pretty much everything they needed to do. I just went by the reviews to make my decision on who to use. The quality was good.

She said she saw the technician bring in new parts, but she did not ask for the old parts, but the tension spring was definitely replace because it was different from the one I had. The garage door opened when I got home, so I was happy.
