A: With the Rotovac carpet cleaning unit we get the dirty water out that most other companies leave behind. Your carpets will be dry within three to five hours; but can vary depending on the humidity in the air and other household factors. We also offer our Turbo Drying service using high speed velocity commercial drying fans. Combined with the Rotovac cleaning unit we can have your carpets dry in less than one hour! Q: How often should I get my carpets cleaned? A: We recommend once every 6 to 8 months. Even if your carpet appears clean there is still dirt and grit in the fibers and at the base. While vacuuming regularly will promote good carpet health it can only do so much. With hot water heat extraction and our Rotovac cleaning unit we get your carpets TURBO CLEAN. Q: I haven’t had my carpets cleaned in a long time and I feel embarrassed to call for service. A: There is nothing to be ashamed of. Everyone has a life of their own and getting the carpet cleaned isn’t always on the top of the “to do list”. Our technicians understand this and will not past judgment because your carpets have not been cleaned regularly. The Rotovac uses an electric motor to make up to 750 cleaning passes per minute. The Turbo Clean carpet technician simply guides the machine over the carpet and the machine does the muscle. Compared to the standard carpet technician who uses a manual cleaning wand; the cleaning of your carpets is based on how much muscle and stamina the technician has. People naturally get tired and drained so the manual wand cleaning method can vary from job to job. But with the Rotovac as long as electricity is running through its motor no matter if you are our first job in the morning or our last job in the evening you will get the same outstanding results. Q: What if I am not 100% satisfied with your service? A: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Within the first 5 days after we have cleaned your floor you can call us to come out free of charge to retreat any area that we previously treated. If you are concerned about a stain or dirty high traffic area then you would have had to of paid for that extra cleaning service during the initial visit. The good news is that we get most stains out WITHOUT charging to do it. Honesty and integrity are very important to our business model. Description of Work: I have been using Turbo-Clean of LV for the past 6 years. I have nothing but good recommendations for them. They use excellent equipment, effective chemicals (they will spend time to explain the cleaning agents they use and what options are available), they are on time and professional.
