True Drain & Rooter

Full marks for True Drain & Rooter who responded the same day to my completely clogged and backed up shower drain. After clearing the shower drain, Nick (the owner) did an assessment of the drains system to identify situations that may need to be addressed at some future time. No sales pitch - just information. When finished, Nick and Dallas cleaned up the unavoidable mess that working on drains creates. Their rates are very reasonable and much lower than the quote I received from a national “chain name” for the same job. I definitely expect to call them again.

Amazing. Zack came out that evening, showed me how to shut off at the street so I wasn't wasting water, and even went out and got me the tool I needed so I could turn it on when I needed it. The next day, he and a couple of laborers came and started digging everything up. It took a couple of days, including digging under my driveway in order to run a new line to the house and waiting for the inspector to come give his okay. I had a secondary leak in the irrigation system right after, but they came out and fixed that immediately. Everything was completed in a couple of days, and the yard looked pretty much the same (it's all rocks, so really not a big deal, but still).

The initial service was fine. A few days after the water heater had been flushed, I found it had been leaking. They came back out, discovered a faulty valve and replaced it at NO CHARGE! Will definitely be using them again.

Identified a leak on a filter seal of my whole house RO system. Suggested that I contact the installer of the RO system as he was not comfortable working on a system that he was not familiar with.

My old water conditioner was removed . Installed the new pipes, fittings and water conditioner. They did a clean install of the unit. They explained how the unit functioned and how to replace the filters. They did a fantastic job !!!!

They were fine, they came on time, they were thorough and they explained what they wanted and they did exactly that, they recommended a lot of up scaling but other than that they were excellent. They were friendly.

. Having both toilets break down together in a house causes considerable problems for its occupants.....to say the least. This service provider, On Time Service, owned by Nick Gaber, made sure that they got to my house pronto, in spite of other jobs waiting for them. Because of their consummate skills, also having the best equipment for the job, they were able to get the job done in a very short time... Their charge for the repair of these two toilets?..........since you would not believe me if I told what it was.....I won't tell what it was.........but it was unbeliveably low.....trust me, you can believe that! Everything was great. They found a toilet leaking a little and repaired it.

Received the written review as promised from Nick from the Big Deal inspection so I called him back to start some of the repairs. He worked with me on a date/time to get something scheduled (which was the next day). I work the normal m-f 8-5 so he came late Friday afternoon so I wouldn't have to miss to much work. They arrived and replaced the PRV and the two hose bibs. Cleaned up after themselves, tested the water pressure throughout the entire house, and verified the leaks from the hose bibs were corrected. Let me know if there are ANY problems to give them a call and they will come back out right away to resolve. So far no issues that I have found. Will use them again to replace water heater next month and any future plumbing issues I have. Highly recommend.

They were early. Which is a plus. They offered free tips on how to keep our drains running clear. They gave suggestions on things that we should be aware of or may be in need of replacement. There was no upsale pressure. I will definitely call them when it is time to replace our hot water heater.
