Townsend Pest Control

We have been with Townsend Pest Control for over 10 years. Their techs show up like clockwork and are very friendly. Their pest treatments are very effective and I can count on 1 hand the times we had and pest problems whatsoever in those 10 years.

They call 1 - 2 days before coming - give time when they arrive. Always timely, very friendly and professional. I would recommend their service to all.

They are always here when they say they will be, they are always courteous, and I have no problems with pests around my house or in it since. We have been using them. We have come every month since 2007.

Always on time and let you know when they were able to exterminate them. Very efficient and cooperative everything they do.

Townsend Pest Control was referred to us by a friend when we first moved to Henderson. We met with "Lyle" and were very impressed with his professionalism and the pride he took in his work. Immediately upon meeting him we decided to do the monthly service. We were renting at the time but the neighbors had warned us about scorpions in the area. We only found 3 scorpions in the four months we were living there and they were all dead! When we were moving out, the next door neighbor told us he had several live scorpions in his house within the last month alone. We suggested an exterminator...he said he had a monthly extermination service. That's when we told him to call Townsend Pest Control! We had Townsend Pest Control spray our newly built home in Mountain's Edge before we even moved in. We opted for the full service (both insects and scorpions). To date, we haven't seen any scorpions but have had a few odd bugs in the garage. Thankfully they were all dead. We can't say enough about Lyle and his team at Townsend Pest Control. They e-mail us a day or two before they are scheduled to spray and are always very professional. We wouldn't use anyone else!!!

Lyle Townsend's technician Alan arrived on time to perform the service. He was professional get personal to my concerns. He was appropriately dressed and exercised all safety precautions while performing the service.

I have used Townsend Pest Control for several years. The service has always been excellent and I have never had a complaint. The owner, Lyle, is very knowledgeable and has handled all of our pest problems over the years - from bugs to rats! We highly recommend the company and have recommended it to a number of people.
