Great weekly lawn maintainance. Always show up on their scheduled day and do a great job. A little more expensive than some other services but my lawn looks great every week.

They were alright and were good blow and go kind of service. We had them move plants from one house to another and they destroyed some of them. We used them in the other house and they were okay for the blow and go thing. As far as taking care of the plants and things they were not that good. We spent about $100 a month and we found them through a friend. They came pretty much the same time every week, but there were some weeks that they did not show up and there was no indication why. They were professional and when they showed up they did the job. There was a billing issue which was sorted out.

Prompt every other week. Leave notes on what additional is to be done don't call office. English speaking crew. Yard looks great

Work was done promptly and with attention to details and quality.

TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. They did more harm than good. Each time they came out the did more damage. No one spoke English, no one communicated. Cigarette butts were left behind and they were found eating lunch and playing cards on my front porch while I was away.

The maintenance crew is very prompt, arriving at the same time every week. They have been well mannered and hard working, as well as asking us if there is any thing extra to be done. They have done some minor planting of flowers after we asked them, and have not charged extra for it. The yard looks beautiful, and we have no doubt it will continue to look this way. We are billed on a monthly basis.

I had given the supervisor a specific design with specific tropical plants, trees in my design and told him I do not want any cheap flowering plants. The crew could not speak English, which posed a problem when I noticed something I was not happy with they did not understand when I talked to them. I asked for tropical plants around my swimming pool and they put in some cheap blooming flowers that attracted bees in the springtime. I had requested some nice expensive tropical plants, certain types of trees and my requests were not taken into consideration when they purchased the planting supplies. I wanted things in different parts of the property and there were many plants put in the wrong area. I called to speak with a supervisor or owner and no one would return my calls. They also planted some other trees, bushes, shrubbery and everything looks nice but it was not what we requested.

I am pleased with the men from Toucan Landscaping. They come to the neighborhood and the men go from home to home getting everybody s yards done. They work very well together, they cut my grass, trim my trees and if ever I ask for anything else, they are great to get it done. They do the whole street very efficiently. When they are finished, they also dispose of the clippings. The company is always professional and punctual and they keep my yard maintained for a very reasonable monthly price.
