Greg was quick to respond. *Went to the property on a Saturday! Refrigerator was not cooling, but freezer was working ok. Greg checked and did some minor repairs (cleaned fan) and unit was running ok. It was later determined that the computer board had to be replaced. Quick response and great service! Very knowledgeable.

The appliances have the wrong serial numbers and the other doesn't even have one. And now they are not functioning and we are trying to get him to come and he virtually lied through his teeth. I googled all this stuff and found it and I said "What's the deal why are you not standing behind this because your supposly the present of this company and he said "Oh no I'm not". I said "Oh really becasue that's what it shows right there". This is the story he has given us since he did this last March. With in a month or two he told Lisa that his partner in this company, wife got cancer and they moved to Denver. He took all the records with him. And so then Lisa is really and aggesive person she stayed on him till we got him to come back. And he was suppose to do this and in the mean time I called GE because this is an GE appliance an I had filled out the warrenty and the guy comes. And the guy says "Without a serial number and there is none here on this appliance, I can't service this at all". "So you need to get the correct serial number from this guy". " And this number he gave you is not the correct number because this is the way our coding system works". And so she got on him again and so he's going to come out again. He worked on it for a half hour and he's gonna get the serial number from internally. And then it never happened he worked on it and worked on it and it and said "I'll get back you to you". Then I had a dishwasher where the jetdry stuff would go empty on every laod. And so he said "Well that's and easy fix i'll just replace that, that happens sometimes". He just about left with fixing that. And then he looked at it and said "I have to get the part for that". You knew this was the problem why didn't you just bring the part? So I waited another month or two and then we finally hounded him, then he comes to fix the dish washer. I asked him "what about the dryer?" "What is up with that?" "I can't do anything". GE won't do anything. Because without the serial number. I said "Ya that's your responsiblity you send it to me". You sold me this product. I still have appliance that does not work.
