Purchasing a home is normally challenging. However, Wanda had to deal with assisting us in finding a home while we lived accross the country. We set up a time in June with Wanda to visit Las Vegas and visit potential homes. Wanda had sent us e-mail sites to visit to help us narrow down what we really were looking for. During that week, she tooks us to homes that had actual potential and did not waste our time on homes that would never meet our wishes. We were able to narrow down to a solid home and Wanda guided us through the whole procedure involved in purchasing our new home. Wanda frequently went beyond her role to assist in finding needed resources during and after our move. I cannot say enough good about Wanda. She was terrific to work with. Besides being smart and competent, she is a delight to be with.

Our agent was Edward Orasi. He was amazing. Not only was he hard working and attentive to details, but he was a nice person as well. We found him to be knowledgeable and trustworthy. We live out of State but communication was never a problem. He answered all of our emails promptly. Once we found a home to buy we had to figure out the logistics of all the required paperwork living out of the area. Edward walked us through the process and before we knew it, escrow was closing. We now have investment property in Las Vegas. Thank you Edward!

Judy Campbell, Did not take any short cuts on finding a home for us. I produced training films for some of the top Real Estate Companies, so I would know. She was the perfect example of the realtor we taught new realtors to be. She preview the homes as not to waste our time, she got to know what our taste were, and best of all she did not try and up-charge us by showing us properties that were higher than our budget.
