Description of Work: This company performed the worst work and left me with a huge mess. They have never returned my calls and they did work that is completely substandard. I am reporting them to the contractor's board. The new window they installed is put in upside down and the window therefore drops from the top to let in air. They opened my ceilings and the patchwork is amateur at best. Painting is substandard and there are uncovered areas on walls and woodwork. Wallpaper that was to be removed is still in the corners and has been accousticed and painted. Switches and outlets are covered with sprayed on acoustic as they were never covered....I have plaster dust on all my shelving and on new furniture that they did not cover. They moved a lot of items to the yard and left them there. I have a gas lawn blower missing...there was no one else here to have moved or taken the blower. They did not use rebar correctly in two block walls they installed and one of them leans 1/2 inch in a two foot rise!!! They did not put the scuppers low enough on a balcony they rebuilt and they had to tear out and "patch" the stucco. They did not replace the shakes as the contract called for but surreptitiously removed them from the premises after the framer had carefully removed and saved them. They left like thieves in the night and never returned, did not return calls...I am 73 years old and a widow...what a terrible company...what a pack of liars and thieves! BEWARE! I plan to take them to court after I contact the contractors board! They begged me to pay them the balance due...told me they thought of me like a mother.........so I paid them and they skipped out on the work! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Description of Work: I needed ceramic tile installed in my entry-way, family room, hall leading to living room, and hall leading to the garage. I wanted it to match the tile I had installed in my kitchen several months prior.
