+ -1 moreI found Thompson Pool Service on NV Energy's website. I called him on a Saturday and got his voicemail so I figured I wouldn't hear from him until Tuesday being it was Memorial Day Weekend. Well I was wrong he called back 45 minutes later. I asked for info on the NV Energy rebate program for a pool pump. John explained the program to me and answered all my questions. He set up an appointment for the following Thursday to come over and inspect my pool equipment set up. He showed up early for the appointment!! Much to my surprise 2 hours later he had my new pool pump installed and working. He then explained all the options and settings of the pump. He was very thorough and you could tell very knowledgeable of all aspects of a pool and equipment.. I would highly recommend this company. And one of the nice things is that the owner answered and came to do the work. I already have him scheduled to come back and fix my pool light.
