Bob showed up on time to give me a price to install storage rack in our garage. Bob explained to me the best position for our garage and even took the time to re-explain to my husband on the phone who was at work. Price was fair and he was able to do install the same day. Bob installed a 4x16 rack in garage in about 2 hours. I could smell paint in the garage so I noticed that he even touch up the paint on the racks. Bob was very professional, clean cut and very nice to work with.

Robert was right on time even though he needed directions. He was very easy to work with and professional. Our new racks in the garage work great! He charged me exactly the quoted price. I would absolutely work with him again!

I have used this company twice and it has been a very good experience both times. Very professional and I highly recommend.

We found him on a magazine. He gave me a price and I bought three of them and they are normally $275 each. He gave me about $50 off. He was very professional and very friendly. It was may be the state of his job but he was very quick to be able to get out of here and get them installed and everything. So that was nice. We were still in the process of putting away all our stuff and having moving in to our garage, when the last things I had to pack and I couldn’t really do that, so I got some storage done. I have all these boxes which are roughly two by three in size, where some of the stores have and people usually put all their Christmas decorations in, I had about seventeen of those. He not only put the shelves up but he also put the boxes up there too. They are real heavy ones. We will use his services again in the future.

Overall, he did an excellent job. In terms of quality, professionalism, punctuality and so forth, he was fast, efficient, and installed the racks very well. My only "beef" is that he charged me $100 per rack to remove and install for essentially 1 - 1.5 hours of work (it could have been completed in less than 2 hours). I had the impression that I was only being charged $50 a rack, but I apparently misunderstood. I would have paid $100 at the most, but I think he's the only company in town that does these, so he can set his price. I just don't understand beyond market factors how he can justify charging so much to remove and install 2 racks. It's too much and I felt taken advantage of. It's worse than when a plumber charges over $100 to install a $9.00 valve after checking for leaks (30 minutes tops). So, unless his rates can go down to a more reasonable level, I can't/won't recommend this company for installing these Safe-T-Racks.

We found them on Angie's' List and liked the positive comments. They came to our house and gave us an estimate. The installation time was rather short and we were pleased with the results. The racks have multiple uses and the guy was friendly.

We were introduced to this company at a recent "home show", and signed up for an estimate. Michelle called and made an appointment for an estimate. She was on time and very professional. Bob Taylor, the installer, showed up on time, explained my options, (no additional sales pitches) and proceed to install the storage racks. The quality of the employees, material, and installation were all first class. I highly recommend this company and their product.
