They did an excellent job in cleaning and everything. They are very thorough. It's probably the best money I spend. They are expensive but they're good.

The team showed up early to work but we weren't ready, so they returned at the originally set time. They did a great job cleaning. It was a group of 4 people that spoke very limited English. They charge $125 per hour and quoted me $250. When they were done they tried to charge me $437. Where did that amount come from? In Spanish (the little amount I speak) I told the lady the quote. She said since they stayed 2 and a half hours it would be more. Even 2 and a half hours would be $325. I talked to her supervisor on the phone and she charged me the $325 and acted like she did me a favor. I think they tell the cleaners to take as long as they'd like because my house was pretty clean to begin with. Anyway, I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone else either.

They vacumned around items. I didn't expect them to move the furniture, but they didn't even take the hose under the dressers or clean the vents on microwave or refrigerator. My major concern was that my custom made living room furrniture was damaged. Corner chipped and base of chairs scratched by vaccum. When we called the office to discuss this, we were told there was no way to be certain their crew had caused the damage so it wasn't there responsibility!! After we moved here there was some damage by the movers. It was repaired by the movers, so I know this damage was not there before their service was in the house. They should take responsibility for their workers. We told them we would not be using their services again and they said they were sorry we weren't happy, but still would not remedy the damage their people caused.
