Alex was the tech who came to provide the initial inspection (purchased as an Angie's List Big Deal). I knew there were some problems with the water pressure, as well as the workings of one upstairs toilet, so I wasn't surprised by his findings. I think the prices may have been a bit high, but I had not priced them out with any other plumber and it was convenient to have all the work done in one call, so I'm not complaining. Alex was very knowledgeable and professional and provided great advice and feedback; he answered all my questions clearly.

From start to finish, these guys rock. We wanted better air filtration in our house, along with better dust elimination. We've had multi stage filtration system in our other homes over the years, so we were pretty educated customers. We shopped the price and looked on Angie's List for reviews. The Cooling Company has outstanding ratings, had the best price, and the kicker for me is, they're locally owned. Ray came out to do the estimate and inspection, to make sure everything would fit, and to get the correct sizing for the units, as they come in a few different sizes. A crew of 2 came out a few days later and wrapped the install up in a few hours. Ray told us that our job would take longer since some things needed to be moved around in the attic in order to make everything fit. All appointments were either right on time, or slightly early! The crew was very polite, wore the booties over their shoes, and even vacuumed the carpet under the attic access when they were done. A few hours later, Ray came back out to perform a follow up inspection to make sure everything was properly done. He also took some pictures of the installation to show me, since I'm not an attic climber. Lastly, received a follow up call two days later from the office to make sure I had no questions or issues, and to ensure my satisfaction. The crew at The Cooling Company has earned their solid A rating from this family. So nicely done in fact, that I will be letting my existing HVAC provider's contract expire, and transfer over to The Cooling Company. They're service level is higher, and, you guessed it, their annual maintenance agreement is less expensive!

The technician was very knowledable. He explained every step. Advised me how old the system as. Checked my thermost and all of the vents in the house. Took extra care and wore booties inthe house to keep from tracking in dirt. appreciated it.

It went really well. They are going to give me an estimate on further work for leak in yard. Very nice and professional.

Provider was ok but was pressuring me to replace units. One unit is less than a year old. CUSTOMER UPDATE I was contacted by company manager who was extremely nice. He has is going to service my furnace in the fall free of change.

I purchased the 20-Point Air Conditioning Tune-Up for $49.00 per air conditioner from Angie's Big Deals serviced by The Cooling Company. I met with The Cooling Company's tech Ceasar, who was on time, professional and personable. Ceasar is also a great teacher. I learned more about my air conditioners and the whole air system in my house then I ever learned from any other service provider. It was very much appreciated. I will definitely use The Cooling Company again for all check-ups or problems that might arise in the future. And much thanks to The Cooling Company for hiring wonderful employees like Ceasar.

I've been in the Vegas area for about 3.5 years now, and since we bought this house in 2012, we've had another company do the annual pre-summer A/C check. I only tried The Cooling Company because I didn't hear from the other guys this year, and I got an Angie's List special in my email. What a difference! Ceasar was the name of the rep who showed up and based solely on the quality of service I received from him, The Cooling Company will have my business from here on out. Can't say enough about how the work was done. On time. Professional. Honest. Talked with me in great detail about what might need to be done in the future and when. You know when it's being done right and these guys are who you want to use. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

I paid $49 for the water heater flush and inspection, the additional cost was to replace the rod inside the water heater. Service was professional, prompt, and they did a great job.

Caesar performed my service. He is a polite, articulate and very helpful gentleman. He not only checked the usual (Freon, etc. ) he checked each of my capacitors. In order to show he was honest, he showed me the capacitor, then told me what the acceptable range was for reading the amps. Then he checked them and showed me the results. Three were out of specs, however he replaced two of them with a dual unit, saving me the cost of one. He replaced the third as well. The wiring in my unit was disgusting. Whomever replaced the fan motor did a terrible job with the wiring. One capacitor was just hanging there by the wires. Also some wires to the fan were just inches away from being cut. He fixed that as well. He blew out both my air box as well as the AC unit. This unit is 25 years old and appeared to have never been cleaned out. It looks and runs great now. This company has a gold mine in Caesar.

They emailed me the name of the serviceman and he showed up on time and fixed everything as promised. Very friendly. Needed to get a new fan and came back on Saturday morning to install it. Everything working wonderfully now.

Extremely well. THEY found a exhaust pipe leak from one of three heaters in the attic -- up through the roof and replaced a defective pipe with the correct size. They came out close to midnight to replace the capacitor. It's been working fine. They were very friendly, professional and quick to respond.
