Description of Work: They performed a flush on the hot water heater and checked all plumbing for possible leaks. |They were very punctual and extremely courteous. |I asked for a quote on replacing 3 toilets and the one they gave me was extremely high. |When I pointed this out and asked for another quote I was informed their boss would have to call me back. I have yet to hear back from them.

Description of Work: The Cooling Company replaced my home central air conditioning and heating unit with a new Lennox system. The company was very professional and showed strong interest in providing me with good quality service and a competitive price. My old air conditioning unit was a 10 year nightmare that I got rid of soon after the warranty ran out. The new Lennox unit is quiet and is working well. I had The Cooling Company fix my old system one last time, and they did a much better job than the company I had been using for 10 years because the other company installed the old system and I wanted them to live up to the warranty. I am glad I found The Cooling Company.

Description of Work: Wellington Santana is the owner and he personally supervised the installation of a 17 SEER Lennox air conditioning unit, plus a gas furnace. Work was completed by his crew in just one day, the day after I placed my order. Other a/c companies were quoting 3-4 weeks for an install. Wellington specified two options for the unit we might need, and informed me of the cost and benefits of both. We choose the more efficient of the two units proposed. The unit has been working for about two weeks now and there are no problems. Extremely quiet, and no sudden surges or changes in temperature. I was particularly impressed by their staff. The installation crew all wore "booties" and laid down tarps to keep our house clean. The day after the installation Wellington sent his painter out to touch up any scuff marks left by his crew. I was especially impressed with Alexia Cooper, his scheduler. Alexia keep us informed at all time, and did a great job. I can't say enough about what a great job they did and how please we are with the results.
