Discovered my A/C quit working late, and spent a very uncomfortable night. The Cooling Company actually called me as they got my info from HomeAdvisor. They were able to send a tech out within a couple hours. Tech found problem was a blown fuse and fixed with no issues. I'm very happy with the service and the professional knowledge of the tech, Nelo. He did a great job, and even changed my furnace filters while he was here. Highly recommended!

Do not really have a clue about the quality.

I had quotes from 4 companies and verified in writing it was the exact same work. Two of the companies were double and triple the others. Ray with TCCLLC was not only the most reasonable, seemed the most knowledgeable and offered the earliest completed on time line. I hired them and they came, completed the work on time, cleaned up really well (although I asked them not to go into bedrooms where I had sequestered my pets) AND then Ray came back and went into the attic to check the work by Marcos crew. Also very happy during the clean up they separate what could be recycled.

The project went well and the technicians were clean and efficient in their operation. So far, I am pleased with the way in which the project was carried out.

They were accommodating and reasonably priced.

The technician named Michael was outstanding. Very polite and professional. He went over and above to ensure the thermostats were mounted correctly, tested everything and answered all my questions. If I need servicing, I would call this company again and specifically request Michael.

Whatever you DO contact this incredible company if you live in Las Vegas. NV and have an air conditioner in your home! I joined a local company "group" that I pay a monthly "fee" to help maintain my heating and cooling. Sadly it is NOT this EXCELLENT company! My situation was the following I was advised by several friends NOT to contact our local power company to have the "FREE" thermostats installed in my recent home purchase as they were cheap and not "smart home" equipment and were poorly rated by many. I therefore purchased the HIGHEST rated "SMART" thermostats which are the ecobee 4. After I purchased the two new thermostats I was so frustrated because the company I made the mistake of joining to help me maintain my homes heating and cooling wanted to CHARGE me a ridiculous service charge to come install my new thermostats! PLUS I had to pay ANOTHER ridiculous separate charge for each one to be installed!?! I was referred to Home Advisor to find a company to install my new high tech thermostats and was contacted by several, and The Cooling Company was the company I selected and was certainly happy with my decision! From the initial contact to the finish of my installation I was amazed at the professional and honest pricing and knowledgeable staff and technicians I had the opportunity to have service my home! I will ALWAYS recommend this wonderful professional and honest company to ANYONE needing heating and cooling services. I have lived in Las Vegas for over 60 years and this great company is the BEST service company for heating and cooling I have ever had do any type of repair or installation in my home! They are a 10 STAR service company!

I have two older (fifteen years) a/c units that work hard in our Las Vegas summers. One was on it's last legs, the second had more productive years estimated but had a "ceiling drip pan" that was rusting, which, if left to it's own devices, could eventually leak onto and through the ceiling below. Four companies wanted to sell me the second unit $13,000 to $17,000, but CCLLC replaced the drip pan for a modest $300 thus I only had to purchase one unit for now. That's truly an example of keeping the customer's best interests first. Oh yeah, the unit was thousands under another provider and a longer warranty for labor. If you're shopping, include them and ask for Ray.
