Very courteous, One of the better repair experiences I've had.

We called on 8:30AM 9/8/2013 (Sunday morning) Our service technician Ray was at the door in less than 2 hours. Ray quickly diagnosed the problem and explained exactly what is was and how he intended to fix it. He was done with the repair before I was even done with breakfast. He was professional, quick, clean and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend The Cooling Company to anyone!

Mr Wellington was very professional in his presentation which sort of made me want to go ahead with his service. Workers were at the job constantly. Hard workers which also needs to be mentioned.

Our experience with The Cooling Company was positive. Wellington came out and fixed our problem with the A/C. He knew right away what needed to be done and handled everything professionally. I like the fact that he did not give us a hard sell on buying a new A/C unit like the previous company had done. Also, when I first called they said they could come out at 4pm that day but with temperatures over 100 degrees, They called back and said the could be there much earlier! Overall, Our experience was great and we would hire them again!

We are very happy with the duct work installation done in our home by The Cooling Company. We think that the price of installation was reasonable. TCC did what they said they would do at the time they said they would. From the beginning to finish, everyone that worked in our home was very professional, organized, and clean. Surprisingly, there was very little debris from the installation of the ducts. We could not be happier with our air duct installation..

This company provides excellent service. I recently acquired a vacation condo in Las Vegas and issues arose with the air conditioning system. When I submitted my problems to Service Magic, I got a prompt response from Joanna at The Cooling Company, who arranged an appointment. Wellington Santana, the owner of the company, inspected the system with me and it was clear it was time for my 20+ year old system to go. Much to my relief, the installation of my new system started the next day. The installers were excellent and Wellington supervised the whole process. Every aspect of the experience was excellent. I highly recommend The Cooling Co.

They were exceptional. Technicians were very knowledgable, they performed the work when scheduled and left with us knowing that they would look after us in the future. Can't say enough good about them.

Wellington and his team do fantastic work. The completed a 4 day job in 3 days, staying late on the last day to ensure we had a working AC unit on a very hot day. They are very clean and care about their customers. Great company.

I have finally found an honest AC company! My job was a little tricky because I was converting a garage into a room, and they knew just how to do it and did it quickly and for less than other contractors. They gave me a few options and didn't pressure me to take the higher priced one. I am very happy with the work and I will be calling ONLY The Cooling Company from now on!
