It was good. I set up a time and they were on time. They were very quick and efficient. They were very nice and polite.

I would definitely use them again. They were prompt. They returned the calls and everything promptly. Their communication was good. They showed up when they said they would. They were pretty quick at their job, and they did a good job. He told me that the future cost for the same amount would be $43 for the exterior and another $30 charge for the interior. Future visit would be about $75 for the whole thing.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. It wasn't my favorite big deal that I've purchased. I wasn't there and my son was there. They ended up charging him extra money and I wasn't quite sure why. The deal was supposed to be for 20 windows for the inside and outside or 30 just outside. I had more than 20 windows but I only wanted the outside done. I didn't find out why I had to pay more. They said they did the best they could do but the screens are still dusty. I wasn't really happy with it. I paid an additional $70. If I hadn't known they did it, I wouldn't have known that anything was done. I was okay with the original price but not with the additional. They were responsive.

Purchased a deal for interior & exterior window washing. Very easy to make an appt, they showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The windows look amazing and I will use them again.

He showed up on time (5 minutes early). He worked extremely fast and efficient. I will definitely use him again in the future.

I have used Martin's services before, and he always does a professional and competent job. Beautiful windows again! As usual, he was right on time. He washed all of the inside windows and his helper did the outside. It was all completed in 45 minutes.

That turned out very well. I plan to use them again. They were prompt and did exactly what they said they were going to do. The price was good and they were also professional. They did all of the house windows; that was about 15-16 windows. They did interior, exterior and solar screens too.

Martin and his helper arrived on time and got right to work. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend The Best Window Cleaning. I bought the $109 Big Deal and paid an extra $40 for the extra screens and windows. We are very satisfied with their work.

Matin follow up with the appointment, and they are here on time. Two of them work efficiently and finish the job within an hour. They did a excellent job. I will call them again

They arrived on time and got right to work. They had a great system; one guy inside the other outside. I had a transom window inside that had overspray from painting the interior and Martin had no problem removing the paint and now the window shines. He also replaced a couple flood lights in my bath which I could not reach without an extension ladder. I would definitely hire them again.

They were great and they came out very fast. They just went right to do the work and they offered me a deal for future cleaning and that was pretty good too. They came out shortly after we purchased the deal and there were no additional charges other than the big deal price.

They were very puntucal and professional. They went right to work and worked steadily for a little over an hour. They did an excellent job especially for the price. I would highly recommend them again and plan on using them again.

They came on time and treated us very professional. They cleaned the exterior windows on our two story home in just a couple of hours and we were very pleased. We will call them again in the spring.

I asked him to call me every six months for cleaning. So far he calls right on schedule,sets an appointment and is always prompt arriving. If it is stormy,he calls and reschedules. He works fast, steady and does a very good job. He is also very careful about the pets as he goes in nd out.

It went okay. They did what they said they would.

They had a lot of hard water stains to work with but did a good job getting all the windows very clean inside and out. After 6 months the some of the windows are still clean.

Clean and efficient, took about an hour and a half. Very satisfactory.

I had purchased the Great Deal thing on line around Christmas time. When I contacted Martin about scheduling he said he wasn't going to be available until after the new year. I told him that would be okay. But... he never followed up with me. I finally called him on 1/14/14 to schedule. He did come and wash the windows as agreed. It was nothing special. I got what I paid for so that is a "C" to me. If I hadn't called him I am sure I would have never heard from him. My wife had already washed many of the interior windows, so he got off easy.
