+ -1 moreThey did a good job. Their price was competitive. The quality was good but they may upgrade their cleaning equipment. When I ask them questions, they are always there right away. They are just very nice. It's a small company. The owner of the company is one of the team. I've been using them for a long time.

+ -1 moreJust another Vegas no-talent hack. Used steam on our heavy wool carpet after being asked not to do so. So, rather than clean the carpets he actually "set" the stains by using steam. Also did a rush job, even when asked to take his time. Will not be using him again. Is hard to get a hold of also, very amaturish company-par the course for Las Vegas.
Description of Work: Asked to remove several pet stains-in wool carpet and on a mohair sofa.
