Description of Work: The technician did an excellent job it was their Customer Service that really sucks. Nobody knows anything and everybody professes to know everything, even when they have notes in front of them with details they do not understand. We were not able to speak with the same Customer Service person at any time during the ten years we were with them. They are very proficient at placing your call on hold for long periods of time, then a completely different rep comes on and you have to repeat all the answers again. Their technician, Joseph Plange, was the only technician we allowed in our home and he was the only reason we stayed with them for 10 years. It became so confusing dealing with customer service about our service dates and prices that seems to continually increase, that we finally just gave up and quit. Customer service rules or ruins.

+ -1 moreTerminix International Company was a good company to deal with. They were on time and were courteous about calling before they came out to make sure it was a good time. They did a great job because we have not had any problems with pests since they sprayed. I did have a little problem with their customer service department, but not with the guys that they had sent out.

+ -1 moreThe technician was very informative the first time we met him. He explained what his method was, and what chemicals he used. After we decided to hire them, he was on time for every appointment and did an excellent job standing between the insects and our family. There have only been rare occasions when we have seen a large volume of bugs.
Description of Work: Terminix International sprayed our house for insects. This was done every month, on the interior and exterior of the house.

+ -1 moreTerminix International Company has done a good job ridding our home of pests. We have a contract to have them spray every two to three months. We feel that the workers are polite, however on one occasion we were out of town and they couldn't reach us to spray inside our home so they just sprayed the exterior of our home. We wish they would have waited. They charge eighty dollars every three months.

The reason why I didn't give them an all around A is because the guy that they sent out was not very personable.

+ -1 moreI have been using Terminix for many years and they have always done a great job maintaining the ants. The ants tend to get really bad in the summer months causing me to have Terminix to come every month. I am very content with Terminix and do not see a reason to call anyone else. I am happy with the services and the pricing. The ants are very well maintained and it is only on occasion that I may see one or two ants. I have bought my own spray for cases like that.
Description of Work: Terminix comes out to my home once every six months and lays bait for ants.

+ -1 moreTerminix International Company is trustworthy and sprayed very thoroughly as we have had no real problems with pests since they spayed. We have used them consistently on a monthly basis for six years. If we spot a bug, they will send someone right out to spray again.
