They are okay. They are cordial and come on time.

I like the guy who comes out, his name is Armondo. He remembers us by name and addresses us individually. They come out every three months. They are very responsive.

I went with a smaller mom and pop store, but it got bought out by Terminix. So far, their service has been good. They are on time, and they do a great job. I haven't had any problems with them. If you have a problem and call them up, they come out the next day and spray again.

They bought out the people I was originally using. I am currently using them. We're renting that house out, so, I haven't been there since it changed hands. I guess they're doing a good job. I haven't had any complaints. If there's a problem, I will find out. We couldn't sell our house in Las Vegas. As far as I know, they're fine. I will continue to use their services if need be.

I have been using them for about 8 years. I have compared rates to another and Terminix had better prices.

They're great. They call ahead of time, they send a card in the mail telling me they will be in my area. They will call a day or two ahead of time. Even when I'm not hear they will spray the outside. Very courteous. They are really good and always remember my needs.

I spend about $50 a month. I've had them for a long time, for probably 20 years now. I have a good business relationship with them. They are extremely reliable. They show up every month on the nose. I haven't had any issues with pests recently, but when I do and when the ants show up or something, I call them and they take care of it. I even had bee problem here for a while. If there's anything special they'll get here right away. Everybody's price is similar. I've had other pricing and they are about the same.

I had a service agreement with a local company that Terminex bought out for bi-monthly service. The notifications from Terminex of the change to their company were sadly lacking. However, the technician who came out to actually do the service was understanding and very professional.

Was quoted $95.00 based on the size of my home. I instead chose Western Exterminator who charged me $50.00

They are reliable. They call and let you know beforehand. They are very good at their work. They came out on time. There were no messes. I am very happy with them.

They are punctual and now I don’t have bugs.

We have a contract with them and they come when they say they will. They are fairly professional and are responsive to your needs; they will spray for ants or other bugs if you have a need. They come when they are called and email in advance of their visit. I will use them again in the future.

They come out and spray around the outside perimeter of the house. If there are any inside problems they will take care of that as well. Then they check with us to make sure we are satisfied. They have been great; the only time we had a bug problem is when we discontinued with them for a few months. At that time we got ants and they came right out; took care of it and there was no startup period; we just got right back on their normal thing. They come and go and leave a note when they've been there so it has been great. I will use them again in the future.

In less than a month of moving in, bugs that were visible before we moved in were still there. Outside, we were seeing large red ants. I was charged for them to come back out and respray. While the tech was there, I had to follow him around, insisting that he spray "behind" the refrigerators and freezers, "under" the sinks, etc. The outside spray was very thorough.

I've used them for 4 years. The service is good and I don't have any bug problems. I have been very satisfied. I pay them $36 per month or $72 per treatment. I am a little concerned because their prices keep creeping up so I am actually looking for another service that might be a little cheaper.

The service agent went way above the call of duty. He noticed that we had a problem at our house and called to let us know. This was an out of state call to let us know.

Terminix is very thorough. We used a different pest control company before. However, when they retired, we started using Terminix. We have used them only twice so far and we are satisfied with them. They have not done anything stellar, but we don?t have issues with bugs anymore. The people from Terminix have always been polite and nice. Their prices are good too.

They never finished the job. They inspected for pests and drilled a hole in the wall, but they never sprayed and never refilled the hole in the wall. I called them to have them complete the work and they said they would call me back, but they never did.

I am content with the worker. He always calls the night before to let me know he will be out. He is focused on job at hand. He always answers all my questions. We do not have any specific insect concerns, this is mainly preventative maintenance, so we will not have any.

When we first moved in, we saw a couple of the scorpions and instantly hired Terminix to come out and spray to get rid of them. Since we've been using them, we have only seen maybe four scorpions and they came out the very next day to get rid of them. With the seal coating, they have a great guarantee that the scorpions won t come back. The sealing around the house is a little bit of extra money, but is well worth the outcome. We pay them annually.

We originally did not start with Terminix, but they took over a company that we had used before. They didn t call us ahead of time before coming out and they aren't as personable as the other company but they still got the job done.

Our first Terminator was the nicest guy in the world, however could not eliminate cockroaches around the house and we figured that they are too agressive in Nevada. When he retired 12 months later, we had a lady that resolved any cockroach issues within weeks and we were roach free. Unfortunately she was relocated 4 months later. The next guy was useless, not only was he rude and showed up in our backyard un-announced, he also failed to kill cockroaches. We complained, he came more often, still rude and still roaches. Following another complaint, we got the fourth terminator in 2 years who was nice again but did not do anything about the roaches. Upon talking to the manager about the problem she told us that we just have to live with them and it is tough luck. We switched companies and are roach free without the attitude and changes of a big company like Terminix

Terminix International Company was very thorough making sure to spray every area inside and outside of our home. They were very prompt; coming right out after our call. The spray appears to have worked as we have not seen any insects since they sprayed.

Terminix International Company did a great job for us and we have not seen too many spiders in our yard since they sprayed. They actually come out every month and we have been using them for a year.
