Description of Work: Teminix provides bi-monthly pest control service. Service goes well and they address all needs as they come up.

Description of Work: Our tech is always friendly, professional and prompt. He always does exactly as asked and gives us good advice to keep pests out of our home. He sprays inside and out and uses extra product is current situations require.

Description of Work: Spray the outside of home and inside garage, around sliding doors. If I needed |additional work done, they always were very helpful. I would recommend them |to anyone.

Description of Work: Every three months they provide routine pest control service. This controls spiders, ants roaches and other insects for almost the entire period. The technician, Joe, notifies me by phone to remind me of the appointment date. He is friendly and courteous and explains what he is doing and why. He is careful to not let the hoses damage any of the stucco or garden items. He is always on time. Once I called for a repeat service due to the ant infestation during the extreme hot spell, Joe came within 24 hours and resprayed the entire lot at no charge. Great doing business with them.

Description of Work: The actual service is fine, the tech is great and knows what he's doing. Any communication attempts with Terminex corporate (national Customer service, or local office) are massively terrible. Tried for two days to talk to any human at Terminex, with finally one guy locally on the second day, he was pretty much useless. Never got a call back from terminex corporate from the phone calls and emails left there. FUBAR!!!
