I hired S&V to replace glass on a slider window. We agreed to replace the weather stripping for an extra $45. Jeshua said he could have window glass by Wednesday. I did not hear anything from him so I called him Friday morning. He said they went to pickup the window Wednesday but it was cracked. Replacement rushed and was expected that day. I confirmed that he would have the weather stripping. Crew finally called to request time to install on Wednesday. When they came I asked about the weather stripping and was told Jeshua told them not to install. I called Jeshua and got a different story. Jeshua said he would bring the parts and have them installed. Jeshua came over the next day and tried to remove the old weather stripping reinstalled by his crew. He spent a long time trying to remove. He got one side piece out but couldn?t get the bottom piece out. He ended breaking it in several places. I took a good look at it and could see the glass was not centered top to bottom leaving the bottom too tight. Lots of room on top. Jeshua said he would have his crew come out on Monday to complete. This was a simple replacement of doubled pane slider glass that should have taken 30 minutes. Do not recommend.

The owner, Jeshua, was very courteous and professional. He sent out two young men to install the window who were also very courteous and did the work in a timely manner. I would come back to him if we need windows again and recommend his business to family and friends.
